• The beds are really comfy.
• The AC unit was a bit noisy.

• I liked the memory foam that seemed to be the mattress on the bed.
• The pool was much too small to swim laps. It was more like a large hot tub.

“The room was clean and comfortable. The Jacuzzi in the pool area was very nice. The continental breakfast food and drink selection was terrific. However, a second microwave oven would be a good idea.”

• Very friendly receptionist and willing to help when water drips from ceiling.
• Leaking ceiling on fire alarm area and sagging, over-used beds.

“It is friendly but the condition is not desirable. Water drips down the fire alarm and the fire extinguisher on the ceiling. The hotel is over booked and therefore, it cannot offer me another room even when the leak fell on the corner of the sofa bed. Had to sleep uncomfortably. Staff apologized for condition.”

• It had everything we needed and more. It was perfect.
• Not a thing.

“It was centrally located. They had a list of local churches that we could attend. They had a laundry room and exercise room that we used including laundry soap! It was just a very pleasant experience. Thank you!”

• Only one elevator.

“What a great place to stay in Concord, NH! Easy access to the Interstate, great amenities, friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable, the room was pristine and all of the items (alarm clock to tub) in the room were in great shape.”

• The staff was efficient and friendly, internet easy to access.
• The beds uncomfortable, room stuff, ventilation noisy, huge amount traffic noise.

“Although pleasingly decorator, the room did not measure up to it's rating. It was cramped, only a little clearer that most economy hotels, extremely noisy, very stuffy, and the beds uncomfortable.”

• The first room I got did not meet my expectations

“I had previously confirmed a non-smoking room and a late arrival with the hotel. When I arrived late at night, the non-smoking room had a serious stench--whether smoke or cleaning fluid I was too tired to tell. The front desk immediately switched me to another room which was very pleasant. My only complaint had to deal with this unexpected glitch very late in the evening, after a tiring day.”

• A bit difficult to find at night.

“Exceptional staff from the maid service to front desk and breakfast was such a delight with much to choose from. Virginia was always ready to help at breakfast and has a sunny disposition. Well decorated rooms and very clean. Coffee and tea always available and very attractive surroundings. All in all a pleasant experience.”

“Nice hotel but they're upgrading the lobby and surrounding area so it's a bit noisy while that's happening. Outside of that the continental breakfast was good and the staff were great. Room was clean and very comfortable.”

• This Hotel had easy access of the major highway. Very professional and friendly staff. They offered a great breakfast including sausage and eggs.
• Nothing!

“The Fairfield Inn Concord is easy to find. Located just south of the town center, it is easily accessible for the highway or downtown. They offer a great breakfast including microwaveable sausage and scrambled eggs or cheese and egg omelet. They go beyond the usual coffee and dried out doughnut in a plastic bag. they had fresh muffins, choices of English muffins, bagels or toast, breakfast cereal, orange or apple juice, yogurt, bananas and apples. They always had coffee ready and free cookies or cake at night. The professional staff call you by name when you are in the lobby and greet you with a friendly smile. I wish I could stay at hotels and motels like this on all my trips.”

• The heat was on or off , it was temperature controlled.

“Very friendly night staff was looking to see if we were happy. Complimentary snacks and breakfast. The heat needed to be temperature controlled. The room became to hot so you would shut it off and become cold.”

“Not very impressed. There was not enough staff to help all the guests. This first room that we were assigned had a dirty bathroom. The bed sheets were of poor quality; very thin material. There was a problem with the fire alarm and the fire department was there when we checked in. ”

“This is a busy and well located Motel in a convient area to explore Concord or a good place to stop for the night if you areexploring other recreational areas in NH. “Very accessible near downtown location. Although close to the highway, my room was quiet. The room was clean but did have a slight musty smell (A/C perhaps?). Great continental breakfast that surpassed my expectations.”

• I had noisy neighbors.

“This hotel was a great place to stay. It was about 2 miles to the capitol building. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding! They had sausage and egg muffins, omelets, cereal, bagels, muffins, and three kinds of juice. The room I had was clean and bright. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!”

• They forgot my wakeup call on Sunday morning.

“A very nice, clean, convenient hotel and a tremendous bargain. Every room has a coffee maker and a hair dryer, and the hotel has an indoor pool/spa. The continental breakfast was average, but for the price of the room I was surprised to see one at all.”
