- The room was the nicest room we had on our 2 week honeymoon.
- The Gelato at the restaurant wad freezer burn. I was like ice.
“The staff at the hotel was great. They upgraded us to the nicest room we had on our two week honeymoon. We were concerned when we saw that we got a Holiday Inn because they can be hit or miss. This one was a big hit and far exceeded our expectations.”

- Staff was super friendly and polite.

“The hotel was great for the purpose we required, 1 quick night. I'm not sure I'd want to stay for a long time. It was close to the New Hampshire race track where we saw the Nascar Race and we got it for a great price through Priceline!”

- The price for the room. Room was pretty nice.
- It was old and tired. Furniture was a little beat up, Some structural damage to the exterior.

- The staff at the check-in counter is excellent. They always welcome me back and they know what kind of room I like.

- Convenient location..
- Water pressure was zilch.
“They didn't have a king size room when we got there, only one with 1 double bed. So they suggested a handicap room with a queen bed. First room only had a double bed, then they found one with a queen bed. Room was OK. Only one small window. The shower was broken so only pointed straight down and very bad water pressure. Towel hooks were either completely off or halfway off. Had to call twice for missing remote for TV.”

“The fitness center is very small with poor equipment. The on site dining is a very over priced restaurant with mediocre food at best. The most disappointing aspect of my stay was that the room is old, stained and looks dirty. The stairwells were filthy and the entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room, but those were dirty also. This hotel is not a bad place to stay.”

“I do not recommend this hotel except for its convenient location. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned; when
I put my soft sided bag down on the carpet, dust flew up. The tub was not clean - soap scum all over it; I took the stairs up and down 4 flights due to the slowness of the elevator and its unsteadiness during movement; dirty, ratty chairs even in the lobby; walked through groups of smokers at the front entrance; this was not an enjoyable stay; it needs updating. Light switch in the room did not function to turn on when entering.”

- Only one computer available to guests, so sometimes had to wait, and very slow internet service at peak times.
“This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Very nice room, attractive, comfortable. Free parking right outside the door, very good restaurant with good prices, and a very pleasant downtown within one block, with shops, cafes, etc. Also right off main highways. We came for one night, and stayed four!”

- The service was great; they have real professionals on staff.
- The building needs some updating (they were doing renovations while we were there, though, so that's changing).
“A nice hotel that would have been a pretty swanky place in its prime, but getting older. They have a great staff and seem intent on remaining a high end hotel. When I was there (August '08) they were painting, cleaning, etc, so they may well succeed in getting their motto back in the near future.”

“Wonderful value for room. Sadly the ice machine was broken but the front desk staff was helpful and cheerful. My room was handicapped accessible so the bathroom was large with a walk in shower. The laminate flooring was great and preferable over carpeting even for able-bodied guests. Oddly the iron and microwave were not located anywhere near an outlet. View was dreary; back lots and garages. Room overall was very attractive with a nice comfy chair/ottoman plus desk and desk chair.”

My boy's hand and feet were filthy from walking/crawling on the floor. The refrigerator was not functioning. Had to have maintenance come at 9:30 at night to provide knob to turn on.”

- The bedroom suite was very nice with couch, bed and chair.
- The TV had a poor picture with diagonal lines. Staff could not fix the problem. Suggest new flat screen.
“The hotel was great with only two exceptions: 1. The TV I had was not a 3 star quality. It had a very poor picture. 2. Getting room service was confusing. The book said it was up till 10 PM but when I called there was confusion as the dining room close at 9 PM. I eventually got my food after 3 tries. Besides that the staff, room and lobby were great. I would mention that the 4th floor ice machine was broken and they might want to remodel the landing by the elevator on the forth floor. Hope this helps. The food at the restaurant and service was fabulous.”

“Our visit to the Holiday Inn, Concord NH was for a court case and so we arrived a little tense and stressed. But, having been treated so wonderfully by the staff, and the beautiful environment of the hotel, it's location and the excellent food at their Nonni's Restaurant, what was supposed to be a trying time turned out to be a mini vacation. Thank you Holiday Inn, and Thank you Nonni's for making our time in NH fabulous and enjoyable! We will be back!”

- The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff was stellar, also their restaurant Nonni's was absolutely wonderful!
“I came to the Holiday Inn in Concord, NH with family members for a custody case with the NH Court. Being treated wonderfully by the staff and the pleasant environment made my stay feel like a "mini vacation". Also, their restaurant, Nonni's, was the best, we all enjoyed it very much and ate most of our meals there! Thank you Holiday Inn and most of all, thank you, Nonni's for turning a stressful time into a peaceful and pleasant experience.”

- Terrible air-conditioning/fan unit. Sandpaper towels. Dirty lobby carpet. No upkeep of need for towels/garbage. Too much chlorine-pool.

- Very convenient to Loudon where I went to a NASCAR race.
- It's a little old and tired looking.
“The hotel was very convenient to Loudon, Rt. 93 and is downtown, so there are many restaurants etc. The staff was friendly. The room was neat and clean. It had a coffee maker that I used and there is ample parking right out front. The Italian restaurant in the hotel was pretty good. I ate there because there was a thunderstorm going on at dinner time. There is a great Thai restaurant only a block away that I usually go to. Overall, a pretty good experience. It is the third time I have stayed there after the race in London.”

- The rooms were nicer than we expected.
- No continental breakfast.

- The art throughout the hotel was really beautiful. Not cheesy like a lot of hotels.
- There were a lot of groups, there didn't seem to be enough comfortable gathering space for all of them in lobby.
“What a nice hotel with extremely friendly staff, comfortable room, great location. There was coffee and tea available 24 hours in the lobby, a nice restaurant (try the lunch buffet, yum!) and perfectly comfortable room. There was a microwave in the room which surprised me. Love the free wireless. It was easy to get on, without codes or passwords. They gave me a late checkout with a smile and every time I came or went, staff and the front desk greeted me. I would definitely return to this hotel; in fact, I look forward to my next visit.”

- Bed was great.
- Parking and air-conditioning.
“Parking was absolutely horrible! Because of the location of Downtown and the restaurant, I had to parking in the back of the hotel, across the street. Air- conditioning was not consistent, and shut off after 5 minutes of use.”
