• I was totally shocked to see how beautiful the hotel was.
• The dinning room.

“What I expected for the price was a typical Hampton style hotel. I was very impressed on the size and type of hotel, for the money. I could not even get a hotel-6. ”

• The bed - very comfortable.
• bar closing at 10pm - should stay open later - especially on Friday night.

• Family facilities e.g. indoor pool or spa, laundry, snacks for purchase, etc.
• Location was hard to find!

“Very nice clean hotel with all the facilities you would need for a smooth family vacation. Only thing that would have made it better would be to equip the rooms with a refrigerator and microwave. Once you've found the hotel once, you get used to its tucked-away location.”

• I enjoyed the pool and the lounge area.
• I was under the impression that I automatically received a newspaper each morning, I can't believe they charged 10.99 for an in-room movie!

“This conveniently located hotel is just minutes from downtown concord, and is located directly off route 93 and 293. Enjoy the pool and dinning room or order some room service and kick back in your King size bed and watch a way overpriced in-room movie.”

• The staff was wonderful!! Very thoughtful, and caring.
• The pool water was very cold.

“Outstanding value! The best hotel in Concord NH, and I travel there often. The staff was thoughtful, and attentive to my families every need. We stay at a lot of Marriott properties and by far the employees at this Marriott are the best. Who ever trained this staff should train every Marriott employee in customer service.”

• It was clean people helpful and friendly
• would of liked to of had a small refrigerator in room but that was ok also breakfast expensive

“Those that worked the front desk was very helpful in helping us find locations of places we needed to go not being familiar with the area. Want to go back and take family with me. ”

• Great location.
• The jacuzzi was not working at the time of our stay.

“The staff was friendly other than when I suggested that a sign on the road would have been helpful. They said there was one, but actually there was no sign when traveling from the south. I thought their response was rude.”

• Excellent breakfast bar.
• Three dollars for a candy bar in the hotel lobby vending machine is ridiculous.

“Nice clean room, good sized bath/sink area, better than average towels, try having a variety of pillow thicknesses on each bed for those who like thick or thin, buttons on the TV remote stuck a little.”
