• Loved the price, location, beds, bathroom, pool, Jacuzzi, dinner, and staff!
• Expensive breakfast, not the greatest especially a La carte.

“Wonderful experience here. Very convenient to I-93, 4, and 9; extremely clean, well-maintained, friendly professional staff, very comfortable beds (and with extra pillows option - fabulous) - quiet - enjoyed the whirlpool, liked our room so much that we stayed an extra night. Dinner was very good - we got the tenderloins and chicken Alf redo, very nicely prepared, not over seasoned or overcooked as Id feared - breakfast however very pricy and a la carte items came back poorly prepared (over-easy egg was hard fried on one side and undercooked on the other) - docked them one star for breakfast. Would have been nice to have laundry service on the weekend (only available during the week), but if we really needed it there was a laundry on the premises. But these were really minor issues and did not truly effect our enjoyment of our stay. We will be SURE to look up this Marriott again if we are staying anywhere in the vicinity. And the town of Concord is quite nice as well.”

• Large rooms, very comfortable king bed, great shower.
• Can't think of a thing.

“The Marriot is right off the highway
it is easy on and easy off. Parking lots are well lit. Front end staff are friendly and gracious. Room service was fast and friendly.
Free in-room internet was great. In fact, I cannot think of one thing I did not appreciate. I will stay there again.”

• Breakfast not provided.

“A bit out of the way, but close enough to Downtown Concord if you have transportation. Not too good if you are without transportation. Clean, nice rooms. Staff friendly and tried to be helpful but they were not too knowledgeable about where things were located in Concord. All in all, a good place to stay if the price is right.”

• Very clean, very helpful staff, loved the snacks and hot cookies in lobby.
• The restaurant had only one server, and lots of customers. we got up and left.

“I would totally recommend this hotel. I know, all the chains seem the same, been to so many. However, given that there was five feet of snow outside, it seemed very cozy. The staff let us come in a bit early which helped us tremendously. Right around the corner from the Planetarium too.”

• Overall everything was very nice, especially liked the beds and pillows.
• No complaints.

• Comfortable beds, quiet location, friendly and helpful staff, good a/c (quiet).
• Some peeling wallpaper, small bathroom, neither of which is a real big deal.

“The location was very convenient to downtown and i-93. Quiet area near an office park. I would definitely stay here again, especially for the price I paid.”

“I can not think of anything to improve. The business center was very convenient. They even had complimentary laundry products (although I had for once brought my own) so that I could wash my clothes before repacking.”

• I liked the location, cleanliness, comfort, internet access, weight room, staff friendliness.

“This place was above average in accommodations. I would come back here again. The people were friendly and helpful and the place was very clean and comfortable. I loved the internet access in the rooms. It was quiet and cool and I wish I could have stayed longer.”

• The gentleman at the front desk was really unfriendly.

“We were sufficiently happy with this hotel. However, the front desk clerk was supremely nonplussed to be helping us and there was a whopping charge for breakfast the next day. The big pluses were cookies on the front desk and free wireless Internet access. We arrived very late and left pretty early again the next morning, so our interaction with any of the other staff was pretty nonexistent.”

• Elevator was very slow and stairs were inconveniently located.

“A clean, basic hotel that wants to be more than it is. The rooms are nice but simple. It has a hot tub and a small pool. The problems start with the full service [overpriced] restaurant, a little extra shine on the lobby, and extra fees for everything, including local calls. A decent hotel, but I would never stay here for more than one night, and never at more than half price.”

“Very nice clean hotel with all the facilities you would need for a smooth family vacation. Only thing that would have made it better would be to equip the rooms with a refrigerator and microwave. Once you've found the hotel once, you get used to its tucked-away location.”

• I enjoyed the pool and the lounge area.
• I was under the impression that I automatically received a newspaper each morning, I can't believe they charged 10.99 for an in-room movie!

“This conveniently located hotel is just minutes from downtown concord, and is located directly off route 93 and 293. Enjoy the pool and dinning room or order some room service and kick back in your King size bed and watch a way overpriced in-room movie.”

• The staff was wonderful!! Very thoughtful, and caring.
• The pool water was very cold.

“Outstanding value! The best hotel in Concord NH, and I travel there often. The staff was thoughtful, and attentive to my families every need. We stay at a lot of Marriott properties and by far the employees at this Marriott are the best. Who ever trained this staff should train every Marriott employee in customer service.”

• Clean room, internet connection that actually worked.
• There was no complimentary breakfast. The reception area breakfast buffet was 9.95 per person! The pay per movie was not working.

“This hotel is too far from the Manchester, NH airport to be considered as an airport hotel. At 25 minutes away, it is out of range, as far as I am concerned. Though it is a good, clean, reliable hotel and close to both shopping and restaurants, it should not be considered if you are flying in or out of Manchester.”

“The staff was friendly other than when I suggested that a sign on the road would have been helpful. They said there was one, but actually there was no sign when traveling from the south. I thought their response was rude.”

“Nice clean room, good sized bath/sink area, better than average towels, try having a variety of pillow thicknesses on each bed for those who like thick or thin, buttons on the TV remote stuck a little.”
