• The breakfast.
• People coming in 4am and very noisy.

• Staff was extremely friendly. Great for a one or two night stay.
• Shower pressure not so great.

“The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only complaint was the shower pressure not so great. Also if you want a nice warm breakfast in the morning, your only local choice is Friendly's. Not a bad thing but just so you know!”

• It was close to the casino.
• The previous guest set the alarm to go off at 4am unbeknownst to us.

“The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel was neat and clean. The hotel itself is located nicely near Mystic Aquarium and about 15 minutes from the Rhode Island beached and Fox woods Casino. It was proceed decently for the summer season and you cannot beat that.”

• It was right near everything. The rooms were very neat.
• Everything was wonderful.

“The pool was great. The free breakfast was crowded, but it was very nice. The hotel was located near all attractions and restaurants we wanted to go too. The rooms were big and spacey. They were very neat. I was impressed. It was wonderful. Especially at that price!”

• Good waffles.
• Rooms smelled musty. Little hot water, air conditioner leaked all over room. Costs too much for pets.

• Close to the highway, easy to get to.
• As soon as you walked in, it smelt like smoke.

“We went away to get away from it all, my birthday and our anniversary, we were out late and planned on sleeping in, we woke up very, very early (6:30) by slamming doors every five seconds. Im not kidding! Something needs to be done with the doors, they are terrible. Needless to say we were out of there early. Not very happy!”

• Easy access to freeway.
• Smelly room musty + animal odor.

“I stayed 2 nights with wife & 2 young kids. The musty / animal odor hit us hard when we walked into the room (noticed pets were accepted at the hotel, plus smoking rooms were a short way down the hall both a bit unusual). When I tried to slide the window open to get some fresh air, the double hung pane came off! So we tried to be in the room the minimum time. Overall, the friendliness of the staff and convenient location makes this hotel acceptable. However, I would never stay there again.”

• Great location, excellent continental breakfast, very friendly staff.
• Cant think of anything.

“Terrific location with access to highways, beaches, casinos, and much more. Excellent free breakfast, nice rooms with refrigerator, microwave, ironing board and iron, cable TV with free HBO. What else do you need?”

• Very clean and responsive staff.
• No pool rooms a little small.

• The location was good. The front desk staff were very nice.
• The beds are awful. time for new mattresses Opened water bottle left in room from previous guest.

“The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were very nice. It is time for new mattresses very uncomfortable for my whole family. A spring water bottle that they charge $2.50 for was left opened in our room upon arrival.”

• Whirlpool bath tub. Very nice
• Bed was too soft.

“Nice hotel for staying one or two nights. Very near entrance & exit to 95. Close to Fox woods & Rhode Island shore.”

“We just arrived back from a trip to Mystic, Ct. where we stayed at the Comfort Inn. We were extremely satisfied with our stay, the staff was great,the room clean and comfortable, and were delighted at the breakfast that came with the room.”
