• Very clean, modern, up-to-date; alot of amenities.
• I loved this hotel.

“This is an awesome hotel. Clean rooms, great location off I95, down the road form Mystic Aquarium, 10 minutes to Foxwoods Casino. Hotel is new, has a smart panel for the 42" flat screen TV - can plug in computer (wifi available), video games system for the kids.”

• Very modern layout the decor was also very good.
• We enjoyed this hotel completely.

“Upon entering the lobby the atmosphere of the hotel is that of a very hip upscale lounge. The decor is modern and great. The rooms with the swivel plasma was a pleasant surprise overall my wife and I will certainly go back very soon.”

• Everyone was so friendly and the room was cool and modern.
• The breakfast was lacking more options.

“I stayed at a 3-star hotel the night after this one, and it paled in comparison to the Hyatt. We were treated well at the Hyatt from the moment we stepped in the door, and the room was spacious, clean and neatly decorated. I wished I had booked it for two nights instead of one. The only complaint I came up with was that the continental breakfast could have been more elaborate.”

• Sink is in the bedroom area, not in bathroom; no microwave.

“My husband and I were visiting Mystic, CT for his 30th birthday. We had to change rooms at 11:30pm because the sheets were not clean. They were full of hair. We did not let this ruin our stay.”

• You could hear noise outside of the room door, not well insulated for sound.

“The hotel is located right off the hwy; it was clean, spacious, lovely setting near Downtown mystic with great site seeing and restaurants. Hats off to S&B oyster house in Downtown Mystic.”

• LCD HD TV, breakfast buffet and the life fitness cardio equipment.
• The bathroom sink is in the bedroom not in the bathroom! One needs to turn on the large overhead light to use the very loud sink.

“It's okay for families with young kids but does not work for couples who are looking for a comfortable, quiet getaway.”

• The hotel overall was very well kept and very clean. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable.
• I cannot think of anything that I could say I did not like.

• Big room, very clean, modern interior design.
• Bath room is a little bit small.

“This is one of the best hotels I have stayed. The room is very spacious (bedroom and living room area) and clean. The self check-in (similar to the one at the airport) is very quick and convenient. I also like the interior design of this hotel. My wife and I traveled with our 4 months old son. The room makes us feel like staying at home. This is the first time we stayed here. We will definitely stay here again.”

• The staff was not friendly and responsive.

“I wanted to put my room on my delta miles and I have never had a problem at any other hotel I stayed at by there. They stated that they will contact me during my stay reference that request and they did not, and they said that they would contact me when I left and they have not.”

“I was pleasantly surprised. The room was small, but only due to the two queen beds and pullout couch. Everything was clean, the staff was very helpful and it was in close proximity to fox woods casino, where we were headed. I would highly recommend Hyatt place to others.”

• I still seems like a suite hotel, I was hoping for a bar and restaurant.

“The hotel is all new. Rooms are very modern and sleek. Everything was clean. The bed is wonderful. Free continental + breakfast in the morning were very well done.”

“This is a very nice hotel in a great location despite the remodeling going on in the lobby, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 42" plasma TV and general decor of the room was very appealing. We found the staff extremely helpful and friendly.”

• The van driver was wonderful.
• The hotel being only 8 years old the bed where bad.

• The hotel met every expectation and then some!
• Room was supposed to accommodate 2 adults and there was only one bed.

“This hotel was very easy to find. The room was very clean inside and out. I was very pleased to find out where I was staying. I was happy to find a nice area of about 40 small stores, individually owned, as well as an aquarium within one block of the hotel. Would love to stay here again!”

• The mattress, bedding, and towels were the worst. We left early Sunday evening, drove 3.5hrs. Home to our own bed!

• Most uncomfortable beds ever. I thought I was sleeping on a box spring.

“The suite had a desk in the room, however, it was next to the sink with no light for the desk. The nearest light was across the room on an end table near the sofa. The beds were by far the worst part of the room. The room would have been acceptable, however I thrown out mattresses in better shape than those in this room. I had to get out of bed and check that I wasn't sleeping on a box spring %star hotel it is not, however the sleeping arrangements (i.e., the beds) were unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I patronize this establishment again. ”

• $1.50 charge plus tax for use of safe in room- reversed.

• We were put in a smoking room and we are non smokers. the smell was terrible.

• Location, clean... Has many room, amenities: Microwave, refrigerator, cable TV, iron & board, suite comfort.
• The advertised breakfast was good, but some equipment (toaster) etc. did not work. No bar.

“Great Value!! We enjoyed this as much as a three star which only offers a glitzy lobby, and other things that we never use. Also, all rooms are suites with more room and room amenities which more so-called upscale hotels do NOT offer.”

• need a roomier shower, or shower curtain on curved rod.

“Very nice place and at a much better deal than the Hilton around the corner. Nice breakfast spread, rooms were clean and comfortable with room to spread out. Only thing I would complain about is the water pressure in the shower, and the shower curtain could do to be on one of those curved rods so it doesn't stick to you while you're in there.”
