• Had a refrigerator and microwave.
• Lack of cleanliness, could not put us in a second floor room.

“This hotel was not clean. The bathmat had stains on it, the ceiling in the bathroom was molding and panels were askew. When the towels were held up to light, could see how worn they were. We asked for a second floor room because you enter the room from the parking lot, but couldn't give us one despite them all being empty because none of them had been cleaned yet after a busy weekend. We had a young baby so I was not comfortable being on the ground floor. Saw a Dodge looking gentleman watching us and then enter another one of the rooms. We ended up leaving because it was not a clean room.”

• It was close to the highway.
• Dingy, smelling.

“I was disappointed in the hotel, room was dam and dark, pillows were horrible; bathroom had mold and tiles missing. So called deluxe breakfast left a lot to be desired. Water for tea was cool, selection of food poor-almost like getting donuts from a vending machine. Seemed to be left over from the day before.”

• Easy access, good location.
• Continental breakfast practically non existent.

• Location, wireless internet.
• Smell, age.

“This hotel was clean, which is why we stayed. However, it was old, and it had a smell that took a while to get used to. The bathroom facilities were dated. I'm not sure what the property owners could do outside of a full scale remodel project. We tried other hotels in the area, but for the dates we needed, they were booked. I took a chance on Econo Lodge, and was a little disappointed.”

• Old & below average maintenance; "bare minimum."

• The linen was clean. the bed was comfortable enough.
• There was nothing appealing about the room or the looks of the hotel.
