• Price.
• Did not care for the clientele in hotel. Appears to be a place for crack heads.

“I got what I paid for. There were burgers on the walls, yellow smoke streaks all over walls, the fridge would barely work and made allot of noises thru the night, remote didn't work. Seems that this inn also dubs for a crack house. We had people coming out at 2:30 in the morning begging us for cigarettes. This is not a place I would bring my children. Although I would stay there again if I were looking for cheap accommodations.”

“If you don¿t mind the smell, the dingy room, the raucous keg party going on next door or having the deadbolt unlocked by an employee without knocking when you are in a compromising position only to then have the same employee refuse to have the courtesy to step out of line of sight or even shut the door when confronted by my boyfriend by all means stay at this hotel.”

• The room was comfortable.
• The 'free' continental breakfast ended at 9:00 am, so we missed out on it.

“The motel room was comfortable. Free continental breakfast is from 7:00am - 9:00am only. It takes more than 15 minutes to get to the casinos; more like 30-45 minutes. Mystic seaport is about 15 minutes away.”

• Staff is rude, arrogant, and unaccommodating; rooms are filthy.

“Worst motel I've ever stayed in. Bedding was filthy and soot marks lined the bath tub and sink. I complained about it to management and the fact that there was no running hot water in the shower. Manager refused to look into the situation until I threatened to leave and place a complaint about him with Visa Card regarding the charge. The following morning, this very same man told me I had to pay $10.00 for a Continental Breakfast he clearly advertised as being free and complimentary. It was a single bran muffin that wasn't worth more than $2.00.”

• Friendly family runs this hotel.
• Very musty smelling, not the cleanest.

“Some nice people run the motel, but my room was very musty smelling. It was fairly clean but things need improvement. I thought it was pricey for the quality”

• Location and price.
• Very old building. Shows its age. Not a hotel, but a motel.

“The room suited my needs for a few nights. The room was equipped with a microwave oven and a small refrigerator/freezer combo - both very clean. Also was a small eating area for 4. For those who watch cable TV, there a color TV with lots of channels. Despite my negative impression of the exterior, the room was very clean. They made a good attempt in providing continental breakfast, you are better off going to diner. They do offer wireless Internet, but the speed is only reasonable for e-mail and low bandwidth work. I would stay again if my only other choices were a Motel 6 or other very low end place.”

• The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
• The outside appearance (I think it was under construction).

“The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. There isn't a lot of amenities, but it was an excellent price and fine for a short stay.”

• Good, can drive up to room, location good for my needs, had refridg AND microwave.
• Hard to pull out to road, room smelled like damp bathroom, husband hit nose in night on shelf that sticks out over sink.

“Run by very nice INDIAN family. Good location to New London and/or Mystic area.”

• I have nothing bad to say about this hotel

“The room was very clean, the shower was nice and hot. There was a little coffee pot and table which was nice . The bed was very comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.”
