“The best thing about the hotel is the fantastic location. It provides convenient access to highways leading to Worcester, Boston, Cape Cod etc., and local restaurants and shopping. I would not recommend this hotel for a family. The rooms were very dark, poor lighting, dreary and outdated decor. The bed was barely holding together. The bathroom was not clean, the towels and face cloths were faded and thin. There was a very musty smell in the room. The air conditioner filter was dirty.” Aug 6, 2008 by

“The only good thing I could say about the hotel is location. When I asked for a nonsmoking room the attendant stated all nonsmoking rooms were rented. There was only two other rooms rented that night and about 12 vacancies. The room smelled really bad of cig. smoke and very musty smelling. The furniture was old and damaged. The carpet was dirty and worse of all the sheets were not clean and stained. When I first entered I noticed the entry door jamb was split like someone had kicked in the door. The latch lock was also damaged however it did lock if you moved it into place. It was late, I was tired and I did not want to try to find another hotel, even if I would have lost my money. But, I plan to return to Sturbridge, but I will never again stay at that hotel.” Hotel Representatives:
