“Very clean and quiet (even with a girl's soccer team across the hall). Difficult to locate, which resulted in frustration and a call to the front desk for blow-by-blow details.” Oct 3, 2007 by
Kim from Rochester, NY
“Very nice location, clean rooms, no gross smells. Would definitely stay there again.” Aug 15, 2007 by
Linda from Woodbridge, CT
“Our one-night stay was one of the worst I have experienced. The fire alarm kept going off, beginning at 2:15 am. By Sunday morning, many guests were simply plugging their ears and getting through the halls to get to the breakfast room-which was a disaster. Hotel staff didn't even make a pretense that safety might be an issue. This hotel is very difficult to find off the highway- sorry we did.” Jul 24, 2007 by
Peter from Athol, MA
“Waited 5 minutes for the hot water in the shower and it was still cold. There was only an ice maker on the first floor. The continental breakfast had only stale muffins and bagels no coffee. There were also no cups for the juice. All and all it was clean but lacking normal things you would expect.” Jul 18, 2007 by
Judith from Roseland, NH
“Just fine for a two-night family stay.” Jun 14, 2007 by
Tom from East Berlin, CT
“We were looking for a cheap overnight stay after a family wedding this hotel was just what we expected. The rooms were very small, but clean.” May 30, 2007 by
Janet from Ny, NY
“Staff was friendly & Room accommodation was comfortable & clean.” May 21, 2007 by
Danielle from Lewiston, ME
“Nice hotel, hard to find if using a GPS, though, the address doesn't seem to match up properly. But - very near the mass pike, yet far enough away to avoid road noise. Breakfast ok, but not much selection. Friendly staff, but hard to find someone to check in when I got there around 11 pm. Room very clean, but very small.” May 13, 2007 by
Mary L. from Danby, VT
“If you are a trucker, terrific!” Sep 15, 2006 by
Paul W. from Brentwood, TN
“Little off the beaten track, but quiet, clean (small) room, good value for the price ($70)” Aug 17, 2006 by
Kathleen from Jordan, NY
“This hotel was very nice overall. The concierge and man who hooked up our Internet were both very helpful. We loved that it was very clean!” Aug 16, 2006 by
Jackie from Kiel, WI
“Facility appeared brand new, Staff bent over backwards to help. Less than 10 min. from Sturbridge Village but very seclude & quite. Great way to get away from the hub bub of the tourists in Sturbridge Village. Breakfast was normal bagels, toast, waffles routine. Would certainly stay here again no questions about it. Behind a truck stop but NO noise at all. Wonderful facility.” Jul 23, 2006 by
Jonathan from Indialantic, FL
“Good rates, friendly staff, but hard to find!” Jul 20, 2006 by
Jack from Westbrook, CT
“Clean and comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast area was crowded in the AM and could not use, " no room at the inn" so to speak.” Jul 15, 2006 by
Dorothy from San Andreas, CA
“Great place, country atmosphere.” Mar 27, 2006 by
Pam from Mirror Lake, NH
“This was my first time here, and the hotel is in a nice quiet spot and the staff is friendly. Hotel appears new and bright and clean. This was an excellent value.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
