• Proximity to final destination.
• Road construction made it somewhat difficult to access.

“My stay at this hotel was an enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. I was able to accomplish what I needed to do without having to worry about whether my lodging needs would be taken care of.”

• Excellent staff.
• Toilet roll to far from toilet.

“The hotel more than met our expectations. The desk staff pleasant and certainly helpful. The restaurant staff was especially friendly. All in all, a very nice break from home.”

• They made me feel welcome.
• This is an old motel. Could use updating.

“This is an older and somewhat dated motel, but it is well maintained, clean, and they made me feel very welcome. Overall a very nice stay.”

• Quickly & graciously changed our unsatisfactory room (horrid smell); accommodated sending unexpected work related fax document.
• Odor in 1st room, which was satisfactorily rectified.

• The atmosphere was welcoming, secure and relaxing. We felt at home immediately.
• I wish the pool were open earlier in the morning.

“The hotel was great. It was one of the many things that made our stay in the Keene area enjoyable. Every staff member we met was friendly, helpful and efficient. We will definitely consider returning.”

• Free internet access in the lobby; mini-refrigerator in room
• Could use a remodel in rooms; a bit of a smell in the rooms

“The hotel is located on the outskirts of town, yet easily accesible to all major areas. The lush green trees surrounding the exterior is very appealing, although the interior could use an update. They are in the process of installing an elevator at this present time. The rooms are fairly large and include amenities such as a TV with remote, mini-fridge, side table and chairs, and in the bathroom, a hairdryer for convenience. A sliding glass door leads to a parking lot, which was a nice feature.”

• Check in staff very helpful when switching us to a clean room.
• Switched rooms due to poor cleanliness/bad odor

“Staff was very helpful when we requested a different room. Parking lot was well lite. Info book in room was very helpful. Beds were very hard (good if you like that,we didn't) Will definately use again. Cut cost almost in half.!!!!!!!”

“I rated our overall experience at 3" as at approximately 12:45am, the fire alarm went off and continued to sound for several minutes. We did not receive any explanation at checkout and did not receive any type of compensation for this major disruption during our overnight stay, which I believe the hotel should have offered."”
