• So many nice things provided without cost - soft drinks, coffee, WiFi, apples, etc.
• Location was not immediately recognizable.

“Loved this place! Lovely staff, really nice room, so many things/services provided free of charge - WiFi, soft drinks and coffee always available, free bottled water in the room, very nice and generous continental breakfast. We'd recommend this place to anyone!”

• Very clean, spacious, warm and friendly staff.
• Nothing.

• The cleanliness of the rooms and the continental breakfast.
• No swimming pool.

“My husband and daughter and I stayed here for one night. We were in Vermont to pick up our son that was attending Norwich university's future leader camp. Not many bells & whistles but clean and the continental breakfast was very good. I have traveled a great deal for business and my biggest concerns are the cleanliness of the room & location. Location is right off the highway & near a gas station; however, being so close to the highway was very convenient for our needs. There was also a fridge & a microwave in the room.”

• Overall location and presentation was excellent for us.

“The hotel was very nice and easily accessible. I would be happy to return there if staying in the area. Being chosen "guest of the day" was also a special treat. I am concerned however that I was charged twice for this room and at two different rates. I am not sure who is responsible so I cannot "blame" the hotel but I would like it resolved ASAP.”
