• We were satisfied.
• We would have preferred a queen sized bed. We had to sleep in separate beds.

• Near the UMass Amherst, affordable.

“The hotel was in a nice location. Parking lot and surrounding area clean and neat. Rooms were neat and clean, had a turn down service, with out asking. Front desk personnel were outstanding with information about local eateries and how to get back to the UMass Amherst the correct way 9 miles instead of 35.”

• It was clean, attractive and comfortable.
• The pool area was dirty with gum and pool drainage on the walkway.

“Overall, we had a great experience at the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and met our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was warm and relaxing. The pool area was a bit dirty and was out of fresh towels.”

• The location was perfect for my needs.
• We originally had to climb through snow to get to our room.

“it was located very close to the area I was visiting. There were restaurants near by. They responded to a request that I made regarding the location of the room. They were very helpful with our comfort.”

• No hotel area info or pens/paper in the rooms, hallways looked dirty.
