“Sticky stuff in sheets and it took about an hour to get services for it, the staff was horrible.”

• Great location for early morning traveling.
• No complaints.

“The best location for early morning flights out of Hartford-Springfield Airport. Just walk down the hall to your gate.”

• Being adjacent to the airport was terrific. Nice seemingly clean room. Comfortable bed.
• I needed directions and the woman at the front desk was less than pleased to get them for me, and couldn't just tell me.

“If you need to be close to the airport, or want a some what upscale hotel in the Hartford Springfield area, the Sheraton is a perfect choice. I don't know if it is child friendly, as I was traveling alone. The room was decent size, with a comfortable bed. The room looked clean. Wake up calls were as scheduled. The hotel is adjacent to the departing flights area. Just head to departing flights and you will see it.”

• Convenient location for airport accessibility.

“We stayed at the hotel because of it's location at the airport on our wedding night because we had an early flight. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend it.”
