• Great for long stay - full kitchen, big fridge.
• The location is surrounded by highways, not very quiet.

“Great for long stay. Full kitchen, big fridge and microwave oven are in each room. The location is very safe, not very quiet though due to highways surrounded. Hotel staffs were really nice and friendly.”

• The price was great.
• Cooking smells from other rooms.

“Fine for the extended stay traveler - had everything you could need. Staff was excellent. Some of the other rooms had bad smells coming out of them from cooking. The room was very nice.”

• Clean, fresh, kitchen facilities and a hot shower too.
• Front desk closed at 11 PM.

“Appeared to have been primarily occupied by workers on long-term projects, but the only sign is their trucks and trailers in the parking lot. Clean, fresh, kitchen facilities and a hot shower too! This place is perfect for the traveler looking for a home away from home and who doesn't need the marginally adequate amenities most hotels offer.”

• The front desk staff was amazing and made us feel at home.
• Nothing.

“As soon as we walked into the hotel, we were greeted by a smiling face and made to feel immediately at home. We were doing college visits in the region and the front desk staff all made sure we knew exactly where we were going each day and gave us tips about the local area. We were surprised by being given some computer print outs made especially for us about a couple of the local attractions we expressed an interest in. The room was comfortable and clean and we will stay there again.”

• It's convenient to I-91, the kitchenettes and recliners are great.
• Nothing.

“Extended Stay America is a gem in the hotel industry! I stay at them whenever I can. This Meriden location is convenient to I-91; the rooms are clean and functional for a business or leisure traveler. Also, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the Meriden area. I highly recommend this Extended Stay America in Meriden, CT.”

• Was difficult to find at first.

• Very, very clean.
• Charges for wireless internet (true about whole chain).
