• The heated pool is awesome!
• The entrance to the hotel was confusing.

“Room was basic but clean and comfortable. The heated pool is not to be missed. The water really is warm, unlike other hotels that claim to have heated pools. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.”

• Convenient to Killington!
• The bed wasn't very comfy.

“I've stayed here before and have been happy with the experience. Easily half the price you'd pay on the Killington mountain rd., and only ten miles down the road. Plenty of restaurants, etc nearby.”

• Good value for money.
• Exit doors on each floor are noisy.

“Matched expectations. Great value for money. Would stay here again. If u get a room next to the exit doors at each floor ask them to change you. I heard a guest complaining that there are no stoppers on the door and hence it slams every time someone uses it which is a lot considering that the access to the elevators are thru the doors. Overall excellent place, great location, courteous staff, very decent breakfast.”

• The beds were comfortable and the coverings were new.
• You had to turn the hot water handle extremely far to get any hot water.

“I was very pleased with just about everything with this hotel. I was extremely satisfied with the price and would *definitely* use it again to get nice accommodations.”

• High quality of accommodation, and what could have been an excellent breakfast.
• When I asked why there were no eggs at breakfast, I was told casually, without apology, that "they hadn't delivered any".

“Excellent quality and value. My only complaint was the absence of eggs advertised in the breakfast room, and the casual way I was told there weren't any. There's a huge Hanna fords just up the street; why couldn't someone just run up there and get some!”

• The front desk staff, especially the woman who checked me in and who I talked to on the phone.
• It was extremely hard to exit the hotel onto Route 7 going south.

“The hotel is in an excellent location for skiers who ski Killington and adjacent ski areas. There are satisfactory restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The room I stayed in was on the first floor. it had a comfortable queen sized bed but the pillows weren't very plump. The wireless Internet worked okay. The business desk is situated right beside the television so it was tough to work on the computer and watch television. Toiletries were adequate but not the level I expected for this chain. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and well maintained. the staff was helpful and friendly.”

• Staff was excellent. Even called our room to make sure we had everything we needed.
• Lobby was being renovated, tile work, so air was like a cloud in the lobby. Heater, AC unit is very loud.

“This was our second stay. Perfect for when you want a thrifty stay while ski at Killington, Pico Mountains.”

• The complimentary breakfast included waffles, yogurt, cereal etc - very satisfying!

“The Comfort Inn was perfectly located for a trip to the Vermont State Fair, directly across the street. The pool/jacuzzi was great and the room was very comfortable.”

• Room was well lit and comfortable, rather spacious and enjoyable, excellent continental breakfast.

“My room featured a rather nice loveseat and easy chair, with the easy chair fitted with rolling wheels. It also featured a television with a full array of channel selections, and ample lighting. Parking was quite convenient, and there was a nice continental breakfast in the morning. In addition, there is a nice indoor pool and hot tub on site.”

• Right next to Ben & Jerry's
• Front Desk Staff remained on phone (personal call) while customer waited for over a minute.

“Nice hotel with jacuzzi, sauna and spacious rooms. The front desk staff was not very attentive (stayed on phone with personal call while customers waited), and there was only 1 elevator (stairs on either side were fire doors).Free wireless internet, but I had a hard time connecting in my room (I had to go to lobby). Great seafood near by (at Weather Vane).”

• The staff that served continental breakfast was very nice.
• There was feces on the stairway. Despite repeated requests, the hotel staff did not clean it up.

“The hotel is dingy and unappealing. The manager did not return our phone call when we left her a message to complain about our checking out process.”

“Average hotel with a rude staff. Had to wait 10 minutes to check in at 8PM because clerk was at dinner. I voiced my displeasure to another customer and was then yelled at by the maintenance man. Very unprofessional. Room was very average and needed remodeling.”
