• I was completely surprised at the luxury and cleanliness of this hotel for the price.
• Nothing, everything was great.

“The Fairfield in in Milford, CT is an outstanding hotel. It's the least expensive high-quality hotel in the area. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the design and furniture was beautiful and the continental breakfast was still full toward the end. It's right off the interstate which makes it an easy drive. I'm completely satisfied.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were newly renovated and just lovely. I traveled with two young children and we felt safe.
• Pool was not highly maintained. Chlorine and debris in the water.

“We spent four nights at this hotel and were very happy. Traveling with two young children we were comfortable and safe. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. The laundry facilities were clean and supplies were available. The pool needed some maintenance as there was a lot of debris and chlorine that burned your eyes. I would recommend this hotel to a friend and would return if we were in the area again.”

• Staffe went out of their was to make sure I was satisfied.
• Thin (Scott) toilet paper. Breakfast was crowded. Tight parking lot.

“Right off interstate 95. Easy access to RT 1 and 15. 1.5 - 2 miles from Silver Sands State park. There were many other convenient beach access points. Many restaurants in the area if you know where to look. Room had a microwave and fridge. Plenty of fluffy pillows on beds. Sink in a separate room from the shower and toilet. I would go back.”

• Rooms were large and clean. The bedding felt new and clean.

“We were pleased with how clean and well-cared for the rooms were. Unlike some hotels that have yucky bedding it the bedding was clean and no gross bedspread covered the bed. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on- not to hard, not too soft. I'd return to this hotel.”

• Very clean, polite, and comfortable. I was impressed that they called 15 minutes after registering to ask if the room was acceptable.
• The only nitpicking I could possibly say was that the rug needed to be cleaned or replaced.

“I would definitely return. I had a very pleasant night. The staff was definitely an asset and should be commended. I've saved the details so that I will be able to utilize this place on my next business trip in the area.”

• My 3 year old loved the Continental Breakfast selection. (I did, too!)
• We arrived after 8 PM but still had to check out by noon.

“Two flaws - Some housekeepers created a bit of a fog outside the entrance as I reloaded the car, and they left me an opened bottle of the free shampoo, instead of a fresh one. Aside from those minor points, everything was fine. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The property had interior corridors with plenty of carts available for the luggage. Breakfast was well stocked. There was a computer set up in the lobby for those who didn't bring a laptop for the wireless connection. The desk staff was friendly and efficient.”

• The room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in it and the bed was extremely comfortable.
• The floor was dirty. It looked like housekeeping had forgotten to vacuum around the beds.

“I had stayed at this hotel in the past in a double room and the king I had this last time was much nicer, cleaner and roomier. This was a great stay. Just check the temperature on the room fridge. It froze my food up when I ran out for two hours.”

• Nothing to read in the room. Newspapers in lobby were two days old.

“A great, no frills hotel that is very convenient. The staff bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable. I really liked having my own fridge and microwave. Don't really like that the bathroom mirror and sink "greeted" me as soon as I got in the room, but for the price, it was more than sufficient.”

“I recently traveled to Bridgeport, CT. I reserved a room in Fairfield Inn Millford. I like the service provided by the hotel and the room is very nice for what I paid. It's very easy to check in and out. There are no hidden fees. I am satisfied with this experience.”
