• Nothing.
• My non-smoking room had been smoked in.

“I have stayed at this hotel before. This stay was extremely bad. My non-smoking room had been smoked in. Yes they changed my room, but, at the new room I could not get on the internet, I lost 3 hours trying to get use of this service. The heater only worked on the high setting off and on all night. The front desk clerk just rolled his eyes. I used to love to stay at this hotel, but I will never stay again.

• The cleanliness was exceptional and since we were there for several days, the room was exceptionally well cleaned each day. Kudos to the Red Roof Inn.
• The areas outside the outdoor elevator and the walkways have not been improved yet (old concrete, not very attractive).
