• Proximity to shops and restaurants. Easy to find from highway into Burlington.
• Nothing.

“We thought that it fitted our requirements exactly and would look for similar Marriot properties for future stays. The quality of furnishings and equipment was good. The location was quiet and the general feeling was relaxing and comfortable.”

• Good bathroom, well designed room, comfortable bed.
• Pet friendly.

“Although this hotel does not permit smoking the first room we got smelled of smoke. The desk clerk willingly moved us next door and there was a big improvement. This is a pet friendly hotel so keep in mind, particularly if you have pet allergies, that there may have previously been a dog in the room you stay in. Those are the negatives. On the plus side, the room was very clean. While small, it cleverly fit in a full kitchen, sitting area with pull-out couch, and sleeping area. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom felt clean without feeling sterile. Enjoyed the shower and there was no shower curtain sticking to you because of the curved rod. The staff was friendly, too. Didn't really have time to use any amenities. The pool looked fine, if small. The exercise room was teeny. Overall was satisfied and would stay there again.”

• Best fold out couch bed I've ever slept on.
• Wireless internet connection was sporadic at times.

“Great room for the money- very clean, beds were very comfy, quality pillows. The sofa bed was the nicest one I've ever slept on- it was actually comfortable! Only stayed 1 night, but this would be a great choice for an extended stay in the area, as the kitchenette was very useful.”

• Easy access to highway, full kitchen.
• no double beds because of space.

“We liked having a kitchen, since we have 5 yr old son, however, standard room is a little tight. The area has several restaurant and many shops.”

• Haphazard check in - check out. No one around.

“Great hotel, good location. Electricity did not work on hair dryer or coffee maker and there was no one working at desk for check out. Otherwise, room was very nice and bed very comfortable.”

• The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

“The hotel is really nice. By looking at the outside you would think it was condos, or apts. It is back off the road a little bit, which is nice for privacy, but might be a little hard to find at night if you don¿t know the area. The staff are very friendly, and go the extra step to make sure you are comfortable and well accommodated.”

• It was clean, spacious and had a kitchenette.
• The pool was very cloudy and had a lot of chlorine in it.

• Ben & jerry's ice cream available in the lobby!
• Sofa bed mattress not the most comfortable.

“The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for a day or two and would've been fine for even longer because of the kitchen, living room area with table and laundry facilities just down the hall.”

• Very friendly staff, clean hotel.
• Some mold on the shower curtain and hair in the shower.

“The room and amenities were superior for the price. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the room was very comfortable, everything was great!”

• Convenient and spacious.
• The room was dirty and smoky.

“Although the hotel is supposedly nonsmoking, my room smelled very strongly of smoke. There were crumbs on the floor around the bed when I got there. The room was not cleaned during my stay.”

• I loved the set up of the rooms and the views.
• No hot tub.

“We were very pleased with the hotel and would definitely go back. We have a large family and not many hotels can accommodate us at a price we can afford, but the Town place Suites can. It is excellent.”

• The room was efficient, pleasant, clean, updated and well-equipped and spacious.
• It is inconvenient to have to get into the building with your key when hands are full.

“Townhouse Suites is conveniently located yet quiet and secluded. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are well appointed, efficient, comfortable and clean. I like the convenience of a kitchen and workspace for computer and the mattresses are above average in comfort.”

• Nice indoor pool, Great room lighting.
• Room just a bit too small for three people.

“Well set up, good close parking, Convenient to food shopping and restaurants. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and other needed tools to cook basic meals. I could see staying there for a few weeks would be enjoyable.”

• They neglected to put fresh bath towels in our room, which we discovered a little too late.

“Well maintained facility with helpful and engaging staff. I would stay here again any day. Actually, it was my 2nd time here and the manager actually remembered me from a visit over 6 months earlier!”

“Anyone who plans to visit Burlington, VT, I would highly recommend staying at The Town place Suites in Williston, VT. Upon our evening arrival, we were greeted friendly by Roberto. He took the time to go over the hotel amenities and also chatted with me & my son about football. Our room was well worth the price we paid ~ and then some! We wished we would've stayed longer. When we visit Vermont again, we will definitely stay at the Town place Suites in Williston again! Thank you.”
