• Conservation friendly - E.g.. bed linens were changed every three days.
• No free drinking water or complementary breakfast. Some hotels offer that.

• All staff was very courteous, quiet, clean, nice decor, good parking, location of pool.
• Would prefer menu at breakfast rather than buffet.

• The hotel is clean and the room well kept.
• The bathroom area was extremely small.

“For the price that I received this hotel is of excellent value and quality. The hotel is beautiful. The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side but this room was much better than the last room we stayed in at this hotel. My only complaint was that there seems to be issues with the TV's, last time it got stuck on one channel and this time we ordered a movie that never showed and they wouldn't reimburse us.”

• The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable.
• The bathroom area was extremely small.

“Overall the hotel is very nice especially for a Marriott. I was disappointed with the bathroom as it was extremely small and the lighting was poor. It would be more of an upscale hotel worth the regular price if it was not for that.”

• The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet.
• The shower did not drain, so the tub filled with water.

“Overall, this hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet, in a convenient location and I would definitely stay here again. The beds were very comfortable, but the outer comforter was made in a cheap, nylon and polyester material, and it kept sliding off of the bed as we slept. They should upgrade to better comforters, but other than that, I would rate the quality of this hotel as high.”

• One word: EVERYTHING! I loved this hotel, VERY clean, VERY friendly staff. A+.
• None noticed.

“This was a wonderful place to stay. Recently renovated, the Courtyard was well worth the rate I paid. The furniture was comfy and nice looking, the amenities were well laid out and looked nice. Absolutely no complaints!”

• Beautiful facility, New and spotlessly clean.
• Very little in entertainment in general area

“This is as nice a Marriott property as I have ever stayed in. That includes the regular Marriott hotels. I travel 40 weeks per year and have stayed in many hotels and this Courtyard is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. Cannot recommend this property highly enough.”

• clean, quiet , peaceful
• in house restaurant was expensive

“Nice large rooms, clean. Friendly staff. Used the room after a week of travelling (not in CT) - so really just went there at 8 PM and slept until morning. Room had large bed, sofa, desk, tv, coffe machine, microwave, fridge and large bathroom. Didn't eat breakfast there - since I could get cheaper where I was heading for the day.”

• The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and had a microwave and refrigerator
• You could smell the grill from below on my floor(2nd)

“The hotel was very clean,with nice rooms. I had a king with a pull out couch. Each room has a microwave and refrigerator which came in handy traveling with children. I did not get a chance to eat at the restaurant,,but the menu looked good.It is also close to restaurants and small shops. Staff were friendly and accomadating without being over bearing.”

“Good location. Rooms extremely clean, good size and what appeared to be new rugs, linens and furniture. Refrigerator in room and single cup coffee maker nice touch. Staff at check in was not very pleasant. Any inquiries to management appeared to be a bother for them. Other staff was more than willing to please. Hotel ran out of sugar and creamer(even powder) for the room coffee pots. I asked several staff and managers and all said same thing, "ran out", but they had no solution other than hey, too bad , do without. I asked if rooms had microwaves after seeing about 50 sitting in boxes. Manager stated "some rooms". Although the room I was in had plenty of space for one, unfortunately my room did not have one, nor did they didn't offer to put one in or change my room. That was a non important issue for them. Laundry powder was complimentary, I needed to do a load of whites and darks. I would definately go back, my issues were minor.”

• Bathrooms did not have proper ventillation, allowing mold to grow on tub.

“The hotel was excellent. The staff were helpful, the rooms were spacious, and the rooms were well equipped. The only shortcoming was the lack of ventilation in the bathrooms.”

“It's a nice hotel in a convenient area - with the potential to be superb. BUT, it's currently undergoing construction, which limits access to just the front of the hotel. The front lot is small, so you have to park in the back and then walk around to the front. Even then, I don't think security was adequate. I walked through the lobby late at night without ANYONE seeing me - someone else could have walked in totally unnoticed. They offer FREE wireless internet access. Since my laptop doesn't have a wireless card, they gave me a FREE wireless kit. I made 3 calls to the hotel's Internet Service Provider that night and the next morning. I then spent over an hour on the phone with them, but I never got on the internet, even though I've used the same computer at many other hotels. The last person said they were forwarding the complaint to engineering - doesn't do me much good after I've checked out. I also called the front desk, but they couldn't offer any computer help. Now here's the worst part - THEY BILLED ME $150 FOR THE WIRELESS INTERNET KIT! They said they were only authorizing my credit card.”

“Outstanding service and amenities”
