• Location, indoor pool and hot tub.
• Their computer broke down and we waited over a half hour for our restaurant check which they eventually billed to my credit card.

“Nice rooms, very clean, friendly-helpful staff, indoor pool and spa, nice location near airport, L.I.E, restaurants and stores. Our stay was very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to others.”

• The hotel staff and appearance was most pleasing and satisfying to the individual taste.
• I found nothing to complain about,.

“The hotel is most pleasing and the staff very cooperative. The room is inviting and well designed. Give one a pleasant and relaxing feeling of being at home. with internet, microwave, refrigerator and coffee in the room , made the stay most pleasant.”

• The staff, facilities, restaurant people were very nice.
• The bed was OK but it was not the new soft hotel collection type and it would have been better if it had this type of accommodation.

“We took this weekend and we live in the area and just wanted a change of scene for my husband's birthday. We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel but like I said, I missed the soft hotel type collection bed and this was the only thing missing from this hotel every thing else that a 5 star hotel has this one had.”

• There was nothing I did not like.

“I had one of the most favorable experiences at this hotel. The staff was courteous and efficient and the room was much nicer than at other hotels. The price I paid was a blessing compared to the value I received.”

• Excellent quality for the price.
• Would like a more casual dining opportunity there or nearby; especially, a continental breakfast.

“Hotel staff is professional and courteous and hotel is very clean and up-to-date. We have stayed there 4 or 5 times and have never had reason to complain. Parking is convenient and one feels safe on the premises.”

• I liked its appearance, staff and cleanliness very much.
• The buffet breakfast was very good but served in a location that was too small to accommodate the large number of people that wanted breakfast.

“The Hotel had a great design, decor and staff. Its facilities were better than adequate. Its restaurant space and arrangement was too small to offer its buffet breakfast. The buffet feature good quality food but was not enjoyable because it was overcrowded and uncomfortable.”

“This hotel was great it exceeded my expectations for 2.5 star hotel by a lot. The room was big and clean, no cigarette smell, etc. The lobby and restaurant is very nice and inviting. Staff was courteous and helpful. There is a free Internet cafe with free printing and the price was excellent, will definitely try to stay there again.”

“The hotel was crowded with a wedding party, but the staff was still able to process my paperwork quickly and had me in my room within minutes! The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and neat, and breakfast was good. I was very pleased with my stay.”

• Quiet, clean (painter was touching up hallways), responsive staff, attractive public areas, conveniently located
• We had no complaints.

“We were treated very nicely at the front desk and were given a quiet room (as we requested). There was no suggestion that we were "discount" travelers. The hotel is near Smithtown, the only Long Island location for Carrabba's Italian Grill--a chain but with very good food. We did not eat at the hotel for any meal.”
