  • It was quite, bed was great and

  • There was nothing I didn't like.

  • Indoor heated pool.
  • Parties in the halls end at 11pm, so it is very loud from the dj's music till then.

  • Convenient to Expressway.
  • Hotel front desk & restaurant staff not competent.

“Hotel staff took credit card imprint first night for incidentals etc. Dining room staff called me up complaining that I could not charge to room as I had no credit card! Staff did not talk to each other but blamed customer first! Hotel had all information needed but had messed up on check-in. Hotel bar closes early.”

  • The staff was friendly and accommodating.
  • The rooms were adequate - really less than I expected.

“The Check-in Staff was absolutely wonderful. We checked in at 10 PM and they were friendly and courteous. We asked if the 2-bed room could be changed for a King-bed room and were told that the only available room was on a floor with a team and would be located near the elevators so that it would be much noisier than the room originally chosen for us. That was the type of service that I expect in an upscale hotel.”

  • A/C steel wall cover was not attached, drip in toilet.

  • The entire staff! 5-star! From check-in to bell hop to check-out.
  • We didn't want to ever leave!

“I brought my boys (all under 6) down to see their Aunt and needed a room for the night. What great hotel and the entire staff are just phenomenal! Lots of info on their website and a beautiful site too. We liked the hotel and the staff so much we stayed an extra night just to relax and enjoy the hotel!”

  • Fast service.
  • Room decor was Blah with pealing paint in areas.

“Had to attend a wedding on Long Island. Hotel was clean and spacious in the lobby areas. There was no foul odors. The entire hotel is smoke-free.”

  • We liked the cleanliness and the in-room amenities.
  • Marriot is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel. We smelled cigarettes everywhere.

“The hotel seemed nice enough... but something was just "off". The first room we were sent to smelled like an ashtray, which really disappointed us since Marriot is supposed to be smoke free. The manager said he had only ONE MORE ROOM open, and thankfully it did not smell. However, throughout the night and in the morning we smelled cigarette smoke from neighboring rooms which really bothered us. We expect better, and the Wynwatch Hotel just around the corner was a much classier environment for the same money or less.”

“The hotel was very accommodating. The room was a good size as was the bath. All very clean and the service in the hotels restaurant and bar was excellent along with the quality of food.”
