- Convenient to ski areas.
- Pool and fitness center affords no privacy. Business center is located in a poor location.
“The rooms were nice but luxurious. The staff was helpful but not very attentive. Access to the business center required traveling through the main conference area. This was awkward in the morning as a group was in session. The pool and fitness rooms are in glass enclosure so don't even think about it if you're modest or enjoy privacy.”

- The lighting in the room hurt my eyes terribly. Way too yellow.
“It is nice enough but they need to get full spectrum light bulbs. The lighting was way too yellow and it hurt. I understand what they were trying to do, make it match the decor but it hurt.”

- No in-room mini fridge. Old heating system, difficult to adjust temp.
“The location of the hotel is excellent, within easy reach of all Burlington area attractions. The beds were comfortable, but the decor and heating/cooling system was old, making temp control difficult. I was disappointed not to find a mini-fridge in the room- a must when traveling with small children. Also, we were charged for local calls, something that was not disclosed anywhere; neither in the directory nor on the phone pad. While the pool was great, there were never enough towels available, and we had to call several times before the staff brought more. The hotel was nice, but not worth the 3-star rating.”

- The staff was great.
- The room was a bit dated for a Sheraton.
“This is a fine hotel, a bit dated and a bit more of an off-the-highway hotel than a Sheraton is typically. It was clean, the room had everything you could want in it and was very large. I did not utilize the amenities, but it had an indoor pool that looked very nice. overall, a great hotel.”

- It was $60.00 and usually $60.00 is 2 star or worse these days.
- It was not quite the Sheraton I've known in other locations like HI.
“A very nice hotel, but seemed a bit "overworked" I'd expect that it's nearness to the Airport and thew University puts a lot of pressure on the facility. All in al though, a very nice place to stay.”

- The location.
- Room could have been a bit cleaner. Linens were not 3-star quality. No coffee in the morning.
“This is a nice hotel with a great location. I felt that is was missing some of the nicer touches I have seen at other Sheraton hotels and/or other 3-star hotels. The linens were just okay and bathroom wasn't great. It seems the public area of the hotel has been re-done. Perhaps they will move on to the rooms soon. I would stay here again. I just would not expect a 3-star hotel.”

- Beautiful, clean, great employee service. Excellent location. Could not have been happier.
- Free wireless internet in the rooms would be nice.
“Some of the people complaining in older reviews must not have been in the same hotel as I was. The facilities here were beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Everyone was super nice, and very willing to accommodate. They allowed us to extend check-out by 3 hours! Somebody complained about no-name shampoo. It's actually made by Bliss (and says so), an Aveda-like spa. Though they do not have free Wi-Fi, they provide a 'cyber center' where you can use their computer and have free access. They have cider and cookies every night. Seriously, I could not have had a better stay. There is no question I would return.”

- Clean, fresh room; high quality sheets, bath products, etc. And a recycling bin! Genius! Great location too.
- Elevators were not obvious to us; but three flights of stairs was no problem for us.
“This hotel is excellent value. Clean, fresh, comfortable, quiet room. And a flat screen TV! Close to Downtown Burlington and the highway. Would stay again, no question. Was a bit shocked to see a cat convention was going on that weekend (not a joke), but apart from a few meows on our way out Saturday morning, the feline fest caused us no distress.”

- When we checked in the room, we found the bed linens were full of hair. Had to call housecleaning to change the sheets.
“Took us 10 minutes before we could find our room number. The layout of the hotel is not very clear. When we checked in the room, we found that the bed sheets were full of body hair. It was disgusting. Anyway, we called the front desk and fortunately they sent someone from housekeeping to change the linens within 10 minutes. The bathroom was very small and old. I really would not rate the room as a 3 star stay.”

- We discovered a wet left on the night stand when we arrived in our room.
“The rooms need an upgrade and the management staff is not what it needs to be at this hotel. In my 25 plus years as a leisure and business traveler I have never had to call the front desk as many times repeatedly for problems ranging from batteries which had been removed from the TV remote to returning to the room at 3:30 pm (after leaving at 8 am) to find it had not been cleaned. In addition, the incredibly dirty ac/heater was caked with hardened dirt and made clicking noises when it turned off and on throughout the night. This hotel needs some major attention in upgrades and management.”

“The hotel is very spread out and it takes a while to learn your way around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and fitness room are great, and the restaurant is beautiful. Room was nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable with a flat screen TV. Only complaint is that the floors from the room above creaked every time the person in the room moved. I think it would be like this in any room, not just the one I had. It got kind of annoying after a while, but it was quiet at night thankfully.”

- The room was very spacious, location great; exercise room had a lot of machines.
- They did not have wireless internet in the rooms which was frustrating.
“I was very impressed with the Sheraton. I stayed for two nights for business and found it to be very relaxing. I especially enjoyed the large flat screen TV in the room and the exercise room was large, clean, and had a lot of equipment. The only downside is there is no wireless internet in the room or free breakfast to my knowledge.”

- The location was great. Close to the ice rinks and easy to access the highway.
- I found the 2 women at the front desk to be snobbish, the gentleman was very helpful and friendly.

- Location is right of the highway, good for business travel, easy to find.
- Cheap, motel look like appearance.
“This is supposed to be Sheraton! It does not deserve 3 stars. Rooms are appointed in motel like fashion, tiny bathrooms with worn appliances, chipped tiles. Hotel room is OK to be motel 6, but it does not like remind me of Sheraton at all. I travel for both business and pleasure a lot, and one expects certain level of comfort from Sheraton, which is not what we found in here. Car is parked right in front of your room; you walk to room through the corridor that is unclean, messy, and with "backstage feeling". Yes, it has nice entry, and maybe some rooms are nice, but majority rooms are not. Save yourself some money and stay in lower star, cheaper hotels that have same or better comfort.”

- I took my elderly mother and they accommodated us to the nth degree even though they did not have a handicapped suite with 2 beds.
- We had to call the front desk 3 times because housekeeping failed to either leave products or knocked on our door when privacy sign was on.
“I would highly recommend this hotel. Our only complaint was with the housekeeping staff and we feel management will be addressing this issue. Our 10 days were well spent at this great, 3-star hotel.”

“We were quite disappointed with our stay. We were placed in a room across from a conference room in which young female basketball players were constantly running around outside our room from 7 am to 5 pm. As we were going for a relaxing visit, this was quite disturbing. In addition, the spa (designated for people over the age of 16) was over-run with rowdy 7-8 year old that persisted despite repeated complaints by us and other guests.”

- It took over 3 hours past check in time for a room to be available.
“The hotel was sufficient to our needs however; I give this hotel a poor rating for customer service. The rooms that I had reserved were not available until several hours after the check in time, and the staff assumed that I was out to dinner and would not be back for several more hours. The reality is the hotel staff told me to return in an hour and did not communicate this information to other staff. I was unable to check into my room for almost 4 hours past the check in time, when I was to be at a wedding 3 hours from check in time. Luckily, there were several other individuals staying in the same hotel and we were able to utilize their rooms to prepare.”

- The beds were really comfortable. The pool area and hot tub were clean and fun. The staff were helpful and friendly.
- There was construction and the hotel is a maze . The public bathroom was overflowing on the lobby area. The vending machines ran out of water.

- Location and amenities.
- I had to walk a long way from my room to my car. Several times.
“It was an overall excellent experience; there was construction in the parking lot and this affected how far I had to walk. They could have had more "bell staff" to assist with luggage.”

- The room was very clean and next time I'll bring my bathing suit.
- I was expecting two beds but one king size ended up being okay.
“It was very busy because it was last day students were allowed in the dorm rooms, but I still got a reasonably priced room less than 2 miles from my son's dorm! I've been up in Burlington, VT on big weekends and had more expensive rooms that were very bad.”

- The lobby was very elegant & beds are very comfortable.
- Hotel did not offer complimentary breakfast - (not even a cup of coffee).
“Hotel was very nice & we enjoyed our night there. The beds are very comfortable & the lobby is very nice as well.”

- From airport shuttle to checking/out to dining-- the service was fast, friendly and first-class. Love the roaring fire in the lobby area!

“The Sheraton was a great place for our family to stay while visiting my daughter at ump. We had multiple generations with us, and all were comfortable and well accommodated. The lobby has a fireplace with comfy couches and we gathered there and enjoyed the beautiful garden view into the courtyard. All staff was most friendly--and we loved the green mountain coffee!”
