• Loved the wood work and fireplace when I walked in. Loved the wooden furniture in the room as well.
• The location though was next to the highway and seemed very isolated.

“Great hotel, loved the beds and the whole feel with the pictures on the door and the free cookies. Would stay again without a doubt.”

• Good location. Clean rooms.
• Water damage in bathroom ceiling.

“Pretty clean and useful for an overnight stay. Baseball team was playing in hallway late. Called desk and situation was taken care of in a semi-timely manner. Mattress was too soft.”

• 24 hours of free coffee in lobby.
• Everything else.

“Worse hotel I have ever been in. Staff wouldn't move us, all booked they said. Carpet in room was dirty and beds were cramped, small version of doubles I suppose. Even manager had attitude problem when we complained that we needed to move after an uncomfortable night. Unprofessional and unwelcoming management and staff. Would not recommend as a stop over on way to Montauk. Maybe would if completely redone and re-staffed.”

• Free breakfast.
• Room comfort and cleanliness.

“Requested a non-smoking room, but instead got a room that reeked of smoke. When asked for another room, hotel staff said all rooms were booked. So ended up being totally uncomfortable the whole time there. Toilet had no lid and was not properly kept clean. Awkward arrangement of shower stall. Staff was not very helpful, told us to deal with what we had. Only good thing about my experience at this hotel was the free breakfast.”
