• They had a friendly, young staff but never overbearing.

“Right near food, and Starbucks. Perfect continental breakfast. The room was huge, bathroom was clean, beautiful shower and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. I had a great time during my local weekend getaway and look forward to return.”

• The staff was friendly & the hotel was very clean.
• Making a left hand turn out of the hotel was difficult due to the curve. The entrance should have been located at the other end furthest from the curve.

• The appearance as you enter.
• The movies were not functioning nor was the internet or the phone.

“All was good except not being able to check my emails and get my travel directions from the internet. The movies would have been nice to watch before bed but not that big of a deal. All else was good and they did send a person to the room ASAP when the phone wasn't working and he tried to fix it but we were getting ready and in a little hurry so we just told him to fix it for the next customer.”

• Rooms were larger than normal.
• Not having one of our three rooms ready until 9o minutes after check-in time.

• Very big rooms & free continental breakfast.
• The area around the hotel is industrial. You will need a car.

“Needed a room to attend a funeral in the area. This hotel was perfect. It was empty as I stayed on the weekend & this appears to be a business traveler hotel. Rooms were big with free breakfast & parking. No restaurant or bar, but plenty on delivery menus in room. You will need a car to get drinks & food to put in your in room refrigerator. Overall, a great value for the money.”

• Beautiful bathroom had bad caulk job.

• The staff provided any and all services over and beyond what was needed.
• We came when a Wedding was going to be held and a lot of children were running around, but was good.

“If you want to stay at a hotel witch in underrated and excels and the small things you will enjoy this hotel.”

• Fairly easy to deal with.
• Bad room housekeeping: soaking garbage left in non-smoking room.

“Convenient for those who need to be in the area: near 2 big highways. My room was not properly clean but that SEEMED to be a bit of an aberration. Continental breakfast was not ready at 7:00 as stated: an annoyance for those of us on a tight morning schedule.”

• The rooms are somewhat larger than other hotels I've been in for the price.
• Though a smoking room it reeked of nicotine.

“For hwy access the hotel is fine but for resort or leisure the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. the rooms are fairly large but the service is somewhat hit or miss.”

• Friendly and helpful staff, exceptionally clean room, spacious room which was well appointed.
• Somewhat isolated in an industrial area, however, very convenient to major highway.

• It was close to the highway system.

• The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and plentiful. I would recommend this hotel

“This hotel is located on a non-main road. This a good thing since it is not noisy for sleeping. The complimentary breakfast was very well done and plentiful. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is very clean. I would recommend this hotel to others.”
