“Staff member was on a personal call when checking in and did not get off. Television did not work and she did not care when I told her about it. We were placed at the building the farthest away from the desk in a room that did not lock properly. If you shoved on the door it would open even when locked. The key was not properly programmed when checking in causing me to have to go all the way back to the lobby from the back lot where the room was. ” Nov 1, 2006 by
Tara from Little Falls, NY
“Overall, I would have to say the hotel was nicer than I expected for a one star. The room seemed clean. The bed was comfortable, the location was close to the friend's house I planned on visiting, and the desk clerks were very friendly. A couple of negatives were that the continental breakfast was nothing to write home about, and the walls were very thin - we could hear our neighbors TV. better than our own. My boyfriend and I were both pleased with the hotel in genera.” Sep 24, 2006 by
Brian from Highland, NY
“I've stayed here before. It is a budget hotel. Keeping this in mind you really get a nice clean, quiet room with a free continental breakfast, an indoor pool and it is located right off a major highway. The place could use a little work, don't get me wrong, but for the price and location, I will stay again. If you are looking for a great hotel with marble floors and room service then stay at a 3 or 4 star hotel.” Sep 5, 2006 by
Melissa from Voorhees, NJ
“Parking was a little confusing, had to park a long distance from front door. Front desk person was very professional and nice. The overall feel walking in was nice but slightly old and maybe a tad shabby although everything was clean and well maintained. The room was fine, not too fancy but not unpleasant in any way. It was comfortable and suited my purposes.” Aug 29, 2006 by
Dan from Bethesda, MD
“The hotel is cheap and convenient to the highway, but my enduring memory is of something red and disgusting in the bathroom sink that I think was a bit of a tomato, but it conjured up horrible images, and why it was there I have no idea. Plus, there was water on the bathroom floor, and dirt on the carpet.” Aug 27, 2006 by
Kenny from Richfield, PA
“Very helpful staff, clean spacious room, good price, convenient location less than a mile off the main highway.” Aug 18, 2006 by
Glenn from Searsport, ME
“Hotel was adequate for our needs for a place to sleep for the night. It was clean, though a little shabby in spots. Person in next room had TV on until 6 a m. Equipment (toasters and dispensers} for use at complimentary breakfast did not work properly. However, we were not unhappy with this hotel for the price.” Aug 13, 2006 by
Sean from St.Francis, KS
“Greeting personnel were blunt, not very pleasant. Bathroom shower was moldy and slimy. Bed smelled funny. Location was difficult to locate, had to loop around a few times.. Kind of tucked away behind tree's. Small TV's, not a lot of channels to choose from. Air conditioner was cold. Breakfast was good.” Jul 31, 2006 by
Nadeemm from Calais, ME
“Hotel is very good for price, free basic breakfast, has indoor pool, is Internet ready for a surcharge though. Ample parking, allows food delivery.” Jul 11, 2006 by
Mary A. from Moorestown, NJ
“While we usually stay in higher rated hotels, this was still disappointing. Very worn, old. The staff was clueless about giving us directions when we called. Breakfast very minimal.” Jun 23, 2006 by
Masud from Merrick, NY
“A segment of hallway floor completely wet from AC leakage, elevator door panel torn, coffee maker without lid are few to mention. Very poorly managed. Has huge potential for improvement.” Jun 17, 2006 by
Gerry from Eustis, FL
“I was very disappointed with this hotel. I thought that by the name it would be decent but I was very wrong. I was given a room in the worst part of the building. That was not what I expected at all. If at all possible I would never suggest booking a room here. I believe this hotel does not appreciate its business.” Jun 13, 2006 by
Oogle from Brighton, MA
“I had trouble finding it, because I was looking for La Quinta Inn. I think La Quinta may have bought out this motel, but its sign still said Wellesley. I drove around looking for La Quinta for a half hour until I called the place and found out the problem.” May 22, 2006 by
Gregory from Allentown, PA
“The hotel is a Wesley inn not a LaQuinta Inn The hotel staff didn't identify the hotel when called. Spent an hour looking for facility. Room was dirty and smelled of smoke and was labeled as a non smoking room. Large build up of dirt and dust. When I set my laptop on the table in room it was loose on the Pedi stool and the table fell over have traveled a great deal with price line in the past but this was a horrible experience this was a dirty and poorly maintained hotel” May 19, 2006 by
Charmaine from Baton Rouge, LA
“This hotel was not a La Quinta hotel. The desk clerk informed me that La Quinta purchased this hotel, but hadn't begun renovations to it. It is outdated and needs plenty of overhauling. I did not stay at this hotel, because it did not appear to be healthy enough to stay there. I would really appreciate it if the funds that were deducted from my account for this hotel, in the amount of $272.56 are refunded.” May 5, 2006 by
David from Boston, MA
“The name of this hotel is Wellesley Inn, not La Quinta. Basically, a horrible experience including a mattress with wires protruding into one's body.” Apr 27, 2006 by
Brian from Highland, NY
“While the staff was outgoing and courteous and the rooms were clean. The hotel was outdated and in need of repair. There was no Internet connections, and no desk for a business traveler to do work. I got a good nights sleep at a super good price and that's all I was looking for that evening.” Apr 10, 2006 by
Fran from Cherry Hill, NJ
“This hotel has so difficult to find because the words La Quinta is not on the building anywhere! It was quiet, and that was the best feature, however the mirrors was stained, bathroom fixtures were stained, and overall the lowest quality of a hotel I have seen in years. It is basically in a state of disrepair. Most everything felt dingy and dirty, and I would not recommend it to a friend.” Apr 8, 2006 by
Kathy from Randolph, NJ
“Pleased with my stay.” Apr 5, 2006 by

“I have stayed here dozens of times. For a budget hotel, it gives you more all round for your money than anyone else. Huge selection of TV channels, pleasant spacious rooms, a breakfast in a pleasant room, a surprisingly large pool, multiple entrances so that you can reach your room from the car easily. In this price range the best all round deal I have gotten. My only complaint is that a motel that large needs to have enough luggage carts, and it Does not. That can cost you precious time when you're trying to get out quickly in the morning.” Dec 28, 2005 by
Keith from Bristol, CT
“Like I said before, all I needed was a cheap hotel close by to my sisters house for 1 night. The hotel decor and furniture is old but it didn't bother me. This hotel works for people who aren't picky but also don't want to feel like they're sleeping in a roach motel.” Dec 6, 2005 by
Dbart from Chicago, IL
“Clean, convenient, reasonable, good location.” Nov 24, 2005 by
