• The room was large.
• The room was not as clean as it should of been.

“The location was good there were restaurants, nail salons, and other places near by. The room was large there was a Jacuzzi, but the bed was hard, the room wasn't that clean, the Jacuzzi was dirty, we found a pill on the floor and a cell phone charger in the bathroom. There were gaps in the door frame and the room has a musty smell, they wouldn’t go away.”

• Big bed, big room, strong internet connection, nice community.
• Not clean, strong odor, uncomfy bed.

“First of all there was a sense of uncleanliness. When you first enter the room there is an odor of like mildew or something of smoke. There were black things coming from inside the Jacuzzi after the water was filled up and it was dirty. The hotel was in a nice neighborhood and is good for an overnight stay but not for a long time. Room was spacious. The bed was not soft. Wasnt terribly hard but not comfortable either. Some staff was mean while there was one welcoming guy.”

“Very pleasant. The room was clean and all facilities were in excellent working order. Complimentary newspaper was available in the lobby, and continental breakfast was adequate but the coffee was tasteless.”

• Big jetted tub, microwave and refrigerator in all rooms.
• No housekeeping ever showed up. Room was a bit dirty.

“Good value for the price. Ask for things like DVD or VCR or knobs for the hot tub, but do not ask the housekeeping staff as they are not fluent in English.”

• Underwear found on floor, unsafe area, motel-not hotel.

• Room was spacious and extra large bed with lots of pillows.
• Exterior and access to lobby was confusing.

• The entire booking.

“Please avoid this place at all costs. The room was horrid and unsafe. The door looked as if it had recently been kicked in and you could see outside or inside through the large gaps in the door frame. No DVD player. The bathroom had mold issues. Sad thing is I paid some bucks more for this place than I did the Sheraton in Hauppauge. Wow what a big difference.”

• Bed and bedding, that's about it!
• Linens were awful. Facility was run down. Strong odor of marijuana coming from a room. Didn't get linens or soap.

“It is old and rundown in spite of the good location. It would appear that is frequented by drug users. A strong odor of marijuana was lingering most of the time.”

• Hookers walking around, I didn't feel safe, room smelled of mold.

• Located somewhat near my business destination.
• Dirty, rock hard bed, no amenities, dim halls, old, tired.

“Realize that it was rated a two star hotel but this is really a motel and in poor upkeep. The bed was miserable, hard as a rock. Could hear every step in the room above and every word in the rooms next door. The hotel is located in a sketchy spot and concerned me for the safety of my car. It is not any higher than 1 star if that and not a bargain at any price, in fact paid more through you guys than if I had walked in and booked a room on the spot. This is my first real miss with you guys.”

• The room was dirty and smelled like dogs terribly.

“This did not even deserve that star rating. It was a terrible experience and I travel monthly so I am well aware of the star ratings. This would be better classified as an hourly rate hotel and I would never recommend it to any friends or family.”
