Location & price.
I reserved a King Bed, but it was not available. The gave me a room with double beds and reduced my bill by $20 per night.

“This hotel is located in a fantastic area. It is only a minute from Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway (RT 135) which is a major North South highway with access to all of Long Island's major highways. Plenty of great restaurants & a diner only 150 feet away. The rooms are clean and the staff very professional. The outdoor pool and complimentary breakfast was a great touch.”
