• Excellent hot breakfast included.

“The facilities were very clean, well-maintained and quiet. The included hot breakfast was very nice with a good variety of choices. The suite had kitchen facilities although I did not have much need for them during my 2-night stay, I did appreciate the complimentary popcorn and coffee.”

• Lots of room to spread out, plus a great breakfast w/eggs!
• A long schlep from the parking lot, no ice machines.

“Great hotel for a great Priceline price! Just around the corner from a huge mall, which did us no good as we were there on a Sunday evening. This hotel is all suites, each one has a complete kitchen. It seemed very dog-friendly, I saw them out walking and in the elevator.”

• Hotel was clean, bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my free microwave popcorn.
• The pool was cold & the TV remote didn't work well.

“The staff was very friendly. The room was clean & comfortable. Continental breakfast was great. Pool & hot tub are salt water- not chlorine. Kitchenette was nice to have.”

• Excellent location right off the highway.
• Not many low fat options in breakfast selections.

“Typical Marriot Residence Inn, clean room, double bed with pull out sofa also. The sofa bed is adequate for an adult to sleep on for one night but not very comfortable for more than that. I would like to see less fatty options in the breakfast such as fat free eggs and fat free Yogurt and a better Fruit selection.”

• It features a kitchen with all the amenities, including dishwasher!
• A little to close to the street and parking is a bit tight!

• Spouse thought bed was too soft?

“1) Generally a nice place to stay, with a generous full breakfast offered. However, on this trip, the bath tub plug did not work, and we reported it several times, the staff was apologetic, but did not replace or fix the plug, we could not take a bath, only a shower. They offered to switch us to another room, but could not verify if the tub plug was in order.2) the Jacuzzi was out of order all weekend; 3) the pool room was kept at a chilly 72 degrees.”

“Enjoyed my stay. Hotel was undergoing major renovations so lobby was still being finished. I've stayed here before. I like it now even more with upgrades including the giant flat screen TV in the room, room renovations, bed, etc. The manager picked me up at the airport, staff was friendly. Breakfast is important to me and they had everything laid out for a good meal. Thanks.”

• It has a wonderful steakhouse next door. Hotel was clean and nice.
• There were very few restaurants and no shopping near the hotel.

“The hotel was very nice. I asked for a quiet room and they gave us a room that backed up to the interstate highway and was very noisy. After persisting we be moved, they finally moved us to a quiet room. The girl at the reception desk told me at first she couldn't move us. So when I asked to speak with the manager, she suddenly found a quiet room. Some of the rooms have fireplaces, so request one if you are interested in having one.”

• The fact it was more like an apartment than a hotel.
• I did not like the night desk person. This man had no personality for a position like that.

“This was the most different experiences in hotel rentals. First of all I had no idea it was a residency setup where you have people actually living there not just renting like most hotels, and the amenities were unbelievable, I had a whole kitchen with a full fridge, dishwasher and dryer, microwave, and toaster and to boot it had a fireplace! I really think this hotel deserves a 3 star rating not a 2.5.”

“Room was great, but a local gas line leak caused 'no hot water'. I would think that a Marriott chain would have a backup system. No so. And while on the phone, the desk stated that all would be compensated. Not for this slug.”

• I liked that they serve free hot breakfast as well as dinner during the week.
• The Jacuzzi kept breaking down! They did not provide hair conditioner unless asked.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel to just about anyone. It's especially great if you need an extended stay as they have a full service kitchen with everything, but the food and an oven. There's even a garbage disposal! The price is very reasonable for the amenities provided and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They serve a full hot breakfast every day as well as dinners Monday through Thursday, all for free. While it was rated at 2.5 stars, I feel that it's more than worthy of at least 3 stars. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

• The room was lovely and the staff was helpful.
• There seemed to be a shortage of staff at the front desk and housekeeping.

“The location was a little tricky to find but the room was sunny and spacious and quiet. Liked the laundry on site also. Needed one more person at the front desk. Breakfast was great.”

“A minute off of route 84 and close to mall and eateries. Comfortable room. Great breakfast buffet. Hotel allows pets. Our room had a slight odor, not sure if it was cigarettes or pet odor, but the cleaner they used to cover it up, almost made the odor stand out more.”

• I love that is 100% non-smoking!
• I don't like that they allow pets in all rooms.

“This was a wonderful suite hotel with full kitchens. Our room included full breakfast as well. I used the fitness room - which was clean and quiet. The best part is that the hotel is 100% non-smoking the worst part is that pets are allowed in all rooms.”

“They had water leaking on the 1st floor. The water was dripping from the ceiling in the hallway for almost a full day, I called the front desk, and then they fixed it. I guess I was the only one who noticed the pool of water in the hallway? The water in our shower/bathtub and bathroom sink was brown and neither was draining. We didn't notice this until the morning, so we couldn't take showers. We asked to switch rooms but they insisted to try to fix it, which they couldn't. We finally got to a new room w/ barely enough time to shower before we had to leave for our concert. To compensate us they gave us a free movie. They put guests in their worst rooms, don't come to fix stuff quickly or properly and refuse to change the room unless you insist repeatedly. In this case I had to tell them I was going to call corporate! ”

• It was very convenient. this hotel came with every amenity you could ask for.
• Our Internet in our room was not working the entire duration of our trip, we had to use the Internet in the lobby.

“This hotel came with a kitchenette which made things very convenient. It had a pull-out sofa bed which came in handy. The bedding was very comfortable, there were no restrictions on towels which was nice. The pool was nice too.”
