- Clean. Accommodating staff. Nice facilities.
- Very obnoxious group of about 100 teens also staying there.
“The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The fitness facilities were excellent. Everything about the hotel was pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was that a large group of teenagers was also staying there and the staff let them play Frisbee in the lobby and fool around in the fitness room. If that group or groups like it frequent the hotel often, I probably wouldn't go back.”

- The lobby and common areas were very nice.
- They did not refill my coffee condiments consistently.
“Overall this is a great hotel. The only issues I had were (1) the internet usage cost is $10 per day which is ridiculous in this day and age. Internet needs to be bundled in to the room cost and (2) local calls charged me even if the other end was busy or did not pick up. That is outrageous! But over all this is a great hotel and I highly recommend it and will go there again in the future.”

- Sheraton name and reputation says it all. Excellent!
- The room was pretty far away, but it was a large hotel.
“Free high speed internet in the lobby on 8 units and $9.95 in your room with your own laptop was reasonable. Free parking was a nice plus because all of the other similar quality hotels in the area had $7.50 to $10.00 daily parking costs.”

- Attractive layout and rooms.
- Poor acoustics. Loud lobby affecting room.
“The staff handled our concerns in a sympathetic manner, but was unable to change the two liabilities of our stay. A loud lobby and loud music kept us up until midnight and the cleaning lady was already in our room before we checked out. If there is a convention or large group staying in the hotel when you arrive, ask for a room as far away from the central foyer as possible.”

- The travelers needs were met, someone planned for that.
- The dinner service was VERY slow even thought he place was empty.

- Walk able to shopping and dining.
- Paying additional for parking seemed unwarranted.
“Atrium style hotel with many nice common areas and restaurant option. Quiet residential / retail neighborhood, but still close to downtown and easy walking to shopping and restaurants. More geared to business travelers than families. Still close enough to town and train for meetings and transportation.”

- Did not meet my expectations.
“They have a "complimentary" shuttle van on a first-come, first-serve basis. It was not convenient, and the staff made me feel like it was an imposition when I asked for a ride. I was expecting a refrigerator in the room, but when I looked at the fine print on the web page, it said "may not be available in all rooms." The bed had a noticeable cave in the middle. It was not the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in, but it wasn't the best, either!”

- The Sheraton comfort beds are like no other and insure a good nights sleep. Great service!!!
- Room needed airing out. Our smoke-free room had a slight smell that we got accustomed to but seemed a bit stronger on our initial walk in.
“this hotel had a lovely atmosphere and pretty much all the amenities for comfort. The beds are their biggest asset, they are extremely comfortable. And the large bowls of fresh, crisp apples for the customers in the lobby just topped it off. on the whole, CLEAN & BEAUTIFUL.”

- Modern and clean and free Internet access.
- Needs new carpet, expensive breakfast, charges for parking.
“This hotel was exactly what we needed it to be - clean, near the NYC train and near family we were visiting. We got breakfast nearby at a great bagel place and an IHOP. Used the free Internet in the lobby. This hotel was a perfect example of why it's so great. One thing I didn't like is that, for internet customers, they wouldn't let us specify "king non-smoking" via phone, so we weren't certain in advance that we'd get what we wanted. Usually hotels will at least "make a note" but this one wouldn't. Also note that parking cost $6 per day.”

- Central layout of the building.
- Window right next to the parking garage.
“The hotel is pretty good. It is clean and quite. The central layout of the building is quite unique. There are still various things that can be better. For instance, the heating was a little noisy in the room. The window (of our room) was directly next to the parking lot. But overall, I don't mind considering this place for next time.”

- Very comfortable room & bed.
- Restaurant at dinner needed more and better staff. Dropped & kicked chicken parts on carpet!
“Overall good. As mentioned above the Restaurant staff needs health training and more staff. Instead of picking up a chicken thigh off the floor where it was dropped, and removing it from the eating area, this one waiter kicked it away (as many guests watched) across the carpet towards the kitchen door. 2 kicks got it out of sight, yet I wonder what germs remain on the carpeting.”

- The pool had no towels for me and I had to go back to my room to get towels. No apologies were made by the staff when I told them.

- the room had a king size bed and sofa bed
- the speed bumps were much too big
“loved the room - it's rare for us to have a king size bed for us and a pull out sofa bed for the kids. kids liked the atrium feel. on the negative, the pool was too deep for our 6 year old - it was 4 feet at the shallow end. the speed bumps were much too big and may have hurt our car.”

“Sheraton is gorgeous. The room was huge. The lobby was lovely. The staff was very helpful. My only complaint was the VERY small bathroom. Other than the bathroom I was very pleased and can't wait to stay there again and use their amenities.”
