• Very new hotel. Very spacious and clean.
• Not a fan of the fluorescent bulbs in every light fixture.

“This was a very nice place to stay near the city. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. No complaints.”

• rooms are spacious
• room was filthy - we had to ask a few times to clean

“Typical residence inn - essentially in a mall so very convenient. Staff was not the most helpful- we had to ask several times to have our room vacuumed and cleaned, and they were surprised we wanted it vacuumed. It was filthy.”

• Excellent, friendly service; full kitchen in room, great breakfast bar
• Wall units did not regulate room temperature very well

“Excellent location, service, and breakfast bar. Nice workout room. Walking distance to area amenities and subway station. Easy access to I-95.”

• The staff was excellent. I have never experienced hotel staff going beyond the call of duty. We were in for a funeral and they went the extra mile.

• nothing except the location
• its a dump and totally lacks management oversight of anything/everything

“It would be great if another hotel chain bought this one and brought it to decent standards. I've stayed three times only because I needed to be close to the Bronx but each time I've been reluctant to stay there. Its not worth much so bid low.”

“Great setup with a full kitchen and dining table. The suite was perfect so my kids could watch TV in the living room, while I could relax watching TV in my bedroom.”
