• Indoor town square was cute; suite was roomy and comfortable.
• Old, rickety elevators - scary!

“Great boutique hotel near the Albany airport. On the plus side: there were very friendly staff throughout the property, especially the valet team; the rooms were clean and comfortable and the rate was fair, in a relative sense (compared to Marriott or Hilton) -- I liked the quaint indoor town square theme, too. On the negative side: the restaurant food was nothing special - I had a really terrible steak; the elevators were scary-old and in need of upgrades. Overall, it's a solid 3 star property.”
