“Quality Inn used to be higher level than Comfort Inn, but this one is sub-standard in terms of the franchise ranking.”

• Comfortable beds.
• Non smoking rooms smelled smoky and
  housekeeping did a poor job.

“Halls were dingy, side doors didn't unlock with my room card, on-smoking room smelled smoky, in a multiple-day stay, housekeeping sometimes didn't get in to freshen my room at all, staff ranged from kind and responsive to. Exterior was being refurbished, so it may look nicer in a few weeks. Breakfast coffee was weak. I'd try to stay elsewhere next time.

“Was disappointed went to go in the pool in the morning and the pool was down - there was a terrible stench coming from the pool area - we were placed in a handicap room - not good for kids - they wanted to play with the walk in shower - continental breakfast was great - nice clean/great location.”

• I didn't like anything about this hotel.
• There was no noise all night long and we didn't even get soap in the room.

“Our experience in this hotel was completely disappointing. It was very crowded and there were people shouting and running up and down the hallways all night long. The room itself was incredibly small and didn't look clean. We didn't even receive any soap in the bathroom. Overall, it was a terrible experience!”

• The standard breakfast waffles really were good.
• Most everything seemed old, tired and heavily used.

“This is a hotel ready for renovation. The rooms are adequate and there is a pool but most furnishings, carpet and appliances (ironing board, iron, air conditioning) are ready for renewal or replacement. The single staff member seemed far more interested in things other than guests and service, but check in and out was relatively easy. No provisions were made to ease the fact that parking was on the far side of the building due to parking lot maintenance, but that was a roll of the dice and won't likely affect anyone beyond the couple of days I stayed there. At breakfast, though good waffles were available to be made on griddles that actually worked, there was no juice in the machine, just coffee or tea and very little more.”

• Staff was very unprofessional. Discussing their personal issues with work problems around clients in the breakfast area.

“The room was small and cramped. There was no elevator to help get our bags upstairs. The pool and other services were only adequate.”

• Horrible Customer Service! Smelled stale.

“This was a horrible experience. The staff was very rude. I have never had such a bad hotel stay for any price! The entire hotel smelled stale and like old cigarettes although it is a non-smoking hotel. There is no elevator so you have to carry your suitcases upstairs. The workout facility is off the pool and smells so strongly of chlorine and chemicals you can't exercise. Everything about it was miserable. I would caution anyone against staying there.”

• The staff was unusually friendly and helpful. Free computer use was a pleasant surprise as was the welcoming fireplace in the lobby.
• The TV in my room had the worst color I've seen, the reds were green. Not so good.

“The only thing to complain about was trying to find it. It's actually located off the road and the sign for it was small and difficult to spot. Once there however, the people made all the difference. Very friendly and helpful in locating dining within my desired budget, for instance. It's always nice to be greeted with a smile! Even at 4:45AM, when I checked out.”

• The hotel was confidently located.
• The room was smelly, and there were rodent and dust infestations, in addition to that the staff was very unfriendly.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms smelled of mildew and there were tiles missing in the bathroom. There were rodent dropping in my bed.”

• Staff was extremely helpful. They accepted our luggage from the airport even though we had checked out.
• Did not have boiled eggs at the continental breakfast.

• There is no elevator to the second floor.

“I was traveling with my 84 year old mother, and the hotel would not give us a non-smoking room as we had requested and she needed. The staff was very cold and rude when we questioned them about our reservation. It is definitely not a 2 star hotel. It is an old building and does not have access to the second floor except to climb the stairs. Hallway and room smelled very strong of smoke. I would not recommend that hotel at all.”

“Excellent hotel for a business traveler, ok hotel for a family, the staff was great! The free breakfast was a nice twist, the rooms where ok, the bed was great though, and the lobby was comfy with the fire and sofa and TV in it, the pool looked great though.”

• Friendly helpful staff, efficient service.
• Non-Smoking room smelled like smoke, no alternative rooms available.

“A decent economy hotel with lots of extra perks if required (pool, sauna, fitness room, breakfast, etc). The only problem was that the non-smoking room was previously a smoking room, and so I had to deal with the bad atmosphere.”

• Best continental breakfast I have ever seen and Wireless internet.
• Nothing to complain about at all.

“This is listed as a two star hotel, so I expected to check into a shabby cheap hotel - which was fine for my needs. I was really surprised to see how clean the place was, the staff were helpful, there was an amazing breakfast spread that was a million times better than any continental breakfast I've ever had, and the hotel has free wireless internet. This hotel is underrated and I would definitely stay there again.”

“The rooms are adequate for size and space, but the wardrobe for hanging a suit bag takes up a fair amount of space and is difficult to utilize. Bathrooms are clean and modern, and the lobby is bright and enjoyable for having breakfast.”
