• Excellent service, impeccable, spacious room, wonderful bathroom, and great restaurant/bar.
• Only that I wasn't staying longer.

“Omni is the place to stay. Superior from the service to the quality of the room. Truly a "white bathrobe" hotel. I cannot wait to return. The location is perfect and every bit of our stay could not have been better. Don't think twice, this is the place to stay. We will be back and omni will be our choice!”

• Well appointed room, comfortable bed, preferred guest morning coffee and juice.
• Lots of street noise, poor lighting in room, difficult to get taxis.

“This hotel was good, but not great. Perhaps if the scaffolding had been off the facade and if we'd had a room on a higher floor (we were on the 6th floor) or away from the street (we faced 52nd street, a supposed upgrade?) Then the jackhammers that started at 8am on Saturday morning might not have been quite so jarring. Housekeeping failed to replenish bathroom amenities and the window had some previous guest's nose prints all over it. The room was nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable, but I would probably stay elsewhere when next in New York city. This hotel is not of the same standard as the Omni in San Francisco, which is a great hotel at about half the price, although I understand that NYC hotel costs can't really compare.”

• Nothing.

“This hotel is family friendly and close to all. My daughter was very sick and could not board the plane; The hotel was very helpful by making a room available for us at this very busy time of year.”

• The location was great you were within walking distance of Time Square, 5th avenue, and Grand Central Station.
• The drinks were very high priced and I would have like a larger bathtub to take a bath it was a standard tub.

“We were very pleased with the hotel, use your help desk for any info for the area and also the subways were very helpful to travel far distances also cabs were very economical. We also like that there were several breakfast places close by and a pub or two for a late night drink but not far away maybe a block or two.”

“Expensive hotel, but very nice, even compared to other nice hotels in the area. Good location and professional staff who treat you right, which is very hard to find in NY. You certainly notice why you spent the extra dollars.”

• We wanted two queens, were not available, and gave us a king and two cots.
• The fact that we did not have two queens.

“When we arrived they told me the two queens were not available, only a king. Since we had four people in our party that would not work. They gave us a junior suite with a king and two cots. The room was spacious and clean and delightful. Also, the doormen were extremely kind and helpful.”

• Area in which its located.
• Shower stall leaks water onto bathroom floor.

“We had requested from you 2 rooms with two double beds, we called the number on the form you sent us and 2nd requested. When we got there, she had no double beds to give us, we were very upset as we called the number you gave us to verify, the girl at the desk told us the number you give on the form is not really their phone number. That was very upsetting. The hotel was ok except for every time you took a shower water leaked all over, there was no way to stop this as the floor of the shower is flat and equal to the floor of the bathroom.”

• Location was excellent and the hotel is well kept
• Room size was very poor. Appears that is not given the best choices.

“Relatively small, upscale hotel. Well kept and clean. Excellent location, and good services.”

• Good location. Around corner from MOMA. $5 taxi to theater district.
• Breakfast: $5.50 for coffee. $19.00 for omelette. (But inexpensive, good breakfast across street or around corner.)

“The room was small, but adequate and clean. Virtually no street noise heard, even from third floor. Front desk and housekeeping friendly and helpful. Prices for breakfast ridiculous. Convenient to MOMA and theater district. We'd stay there again.”

• Knowledgable and helpful staff... a great find in a great location!
• Everything went very well. The only complaint was a 19 television in the room."

• Professional, convienent, dead center in the middle of New York

“The hotel is central to the shopping heart of NY, just off Fifth Ave. on 52nd. Street. The staff was very professional and courteous. I will definately return when in town on business.”

• We arrived earlier than the stated check in time. Not only did we check in several hours early and we were upgraded, at no extra charge, to a suite.
• Our only complaint was that the room was very hot and the themostat did not seem to function correctly.

“We found the hotel to be exceptionally clean...... the marble bathroom was wonderful.
We also were very impressed by the helpful staff at the concierge desk.”

• It was in a very convenient location for shopping.
• It did not have a coffeemaker in our room.

“The hotel was in a great location for shopping. Not far from Times Square. Convenient to the subway. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was not having a coffeemaker in our room.”
