Steve from Kings Park, NY
“Great hotel, excellent staff - very welcoming and polite. Huge rooms (there are many types though) We got the iHome with two LCD TV's, a full living room (couch, desk, easy chair), iPod compatible clock/stereo, king sized bed with the softest sheets I've ever had in a hotel, and a unique shower setup. They brought up some non-down pillows at 1130pm, and in the morning after-checkout we checked out bags for the afternoon in the city. The hotel bar is a must as well- great atmosphere.” Jun 29, 2005 by

“Very nice hotel; terrific location; excellent staff. Needs some refinement to become a four star.” May 31, 2005 by
Mary from Myrtle Beach, SC
“overall a very nice experience...nice staff and great rooms. spacious bathrooms a real plus. i was just disappointed they no longer have piano music in their lounge.” Jan 5, 2005 by
Julia from Mahopac, NY
“Clean, spacious suites with big bathroom and shower. Staff was very helpful and friendly, from housekeepers to bellhops.” Jan 4, 2005 by
Randy J. from Pointe-Claire “The hotel was fine, but I am very disappointed about my car. The hotel took the car when we arrived, and we did not see it again until we left. I did not check the car when it was returned to me, only after when I realized that it had been damaged. I have about $1500.00-$2000.00 damage to the front spoiler.” Dec 1, 2004 by
Jessica H. from Middletown “The hotel was excellent. The suites were very spacious. The bathroom even had a bidet. The only negative was that when I checked out, I waited 15 minutes for a bellman, and ended carrying my own luggage” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Oct 21, 2004 by
“The Hotel was wonderful. Unfortunately there was a fire in the middle of the night and we were forced to evacuate the hotel from about 2:45am until after 5:00am 0n Monday, Oct. 18, 2004. We were not offered any kind of compensation for our inconvenience, which we and other guests thought was very strange.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Oct 13, 2004 by
“The size of the room far exceeded my expectations. This is definitely not the typical shoe box sized New York City hotel room. The Rihga Royal is in the perfect location, located just off of Broadway we could walk to the shows, it is just a few blocks from the tour bus, 5th Ave., and the subway. We could not have asked for anything better!” 3 of 3 people found this review helpful.Oct 5, 2004 by
Nicholas T. from Weirton “Staff friendly, suite very spacious. Close to shopping and theatre.” Sep 30, 2004 by
Sharon S. from Modesto, CA “We recently stayed at the Rihga Royal J.W. Marriot in Midtown Manhattan. It was such a great surprise to find that our room was actually a suite. A complete separate living & dining area separated by beautiful French doors leading to a luxurious bedroom. It had a heated toilet seat with bidet qualities in the bathroom and also a phone. Complete separate marbled shower and bathtub. There were butler quarters next to the living area that had a refrigerator with an ice maker in it. We were there for four nights and felt like royalty. They would have our bed turned down with chocolate on our pillow when we came home from the theatre. Wow! What an experience. It was terrific.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Sep 23, 2004 by
Denise F. from Palmdale “Very nice accommodations. Beyond our expectations. We enjoyed our stay.” Sep 20, 2004 by
Paul W. from Miami Beach, FL “The Rihga Royal/JW Marriott has seen better days. While the staff was incredible, the room had peeling wallpaper, lousy lighting, and had no bedspread for the first 2 days.” Hotel Representatives:
