• The hotel was very clean and the room was very pleasant.
• Our room was not cleaned, bed made or towels refreshed. We had to ask for towels at 4:00 pm.

“We have stayed at the Marriott in Park Ridge. This hotel was also very clean and neat. As I said before. We had to call at 4:00 pm to ask for towels and we needed to get ready for an affair so there was no time to have the bed made or the room cleaned. We have never had this happen before. This did have an affect on our perception of your hotel, unfortunately.”

• Large TV's, clean rooms.
• No free breakfast.

“This hotel had adequate parking, and clean rooms. Only spent 8 hours sleeping at hotel. Did not use any amenities. They do have 1 computer in lobby for hotel guests.”

• Great bed and TV, bathrooms were spacious and comfortable.

“Great flat screen plasma TV liked the set up of small mini-fridge and bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.”
