• The location.
• Absolutely not soundproof.

“There was a dead centipede on the wall. There was a crowd of rowdy kids who were still yelling at 3 A.M. The alarm clock went off next door at 6 A. M. and was still beeping when we checked out three hours later. On the whole a miserable experience.”

• Hotel rooms are in desperate need of renovation.

• Good beer selection at restaurant.
• Beds were a bit used.

“Visiting a customer in Pearl River, NY. This was a decent location to spend an evening. With the Priority Club membership they gave a few extra perks which were nice - like a free in room movie.”

• I didn't get bed bugs.
• Smelly room, dirty carpet, broken desk lamp, tiny beds.

• Very clean and great pool.
• They let people with dogs stay there. I have allergies so they moved us to the third floor where pets are not allowed.

“Fantastic hotel. Great customer service at any time of day or night. On site limo and car service with a huge indoor pool and fitness area. Great place to stay.”

• I loved the central location for out of town travelers. There was snow when I arrived, so it made for a cozy romantic stay. I loved the lobby area.
• I would have like to have more gym equipment at my disposal.

“It always helps to have an enjoyable time, when giving a positive review. I personally had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were clean. The restaurant was very good, and most importantly the staff was friendly and helpful. Because my visit to new York was great, I will always have fond memories of my stay at the holiday inn. Thanks for a great time.”

• No Shopping - The Inn is rather isolated.

• Normal, no bog problem, just not best impression, lit dirty, whirlpool did not work, no explanation!
• See above.

“Normal hotel, good for business trip, a little dirty, but you can stay if you have to sleep somewhere. Friendly stuff.”

• The surrounding area was very pretty.
• The hotel seemed worn, needed updating.

• VERY skimpy with soap and shampoo and no conditioner, hand lotion.
