• Clean, functional, simple, complete with kitchenette.
• Somewhat difficult to find the right exit going east on root 3.

• no room service, very isolated, no restaurant.

“The location of the hotel is very bad. Everytime I had to call a cab to go to somewhere. It's very costly. Therefore, it isn't worth it.”

• Location.
• The room was not clean.

“The night clerk was very nice and helpful. The room would have been fine if it was clean. A dirty room turns me off for the whole stay. It makes me very uncomfortable. The floors and toilet were terrible.”

• I liked that there was a washer and dryer.
• They wouldn't clean our room or give us fresh towels and we stayed there three days.

• Friendly staff, but you need to provide them with free English Language classes.
• Check in after hours, attendant did not speak English, only Spanish,
  very hard to communicate.

“Check out was very nice, we had a good conversation with the girl 4 years out of Cuba. She is a hard worker, and is trying hard to learn English. All the room facilities were clean and straightened. Staff replaced the missing TV remote as soon as I reported it.”

• It would be better to have breakfast there.
• No breakfast.

“It is nice and clean hotel with a small kitchen. While it may not be useful if we forget to bring our own food as the hotel does not provide a breakfast.”

• Wireless internet,convenient location
• Unfriendly staff. had to pay extra to get a room with double beds.

“overall the hotel was fairly clean. Staff can use some customer service training. I should not have to pay an extra $15/night for just requesting a room with two twin beds. Air conditioner leaked and maintenance did not take care of it until after i checked out.”
