- Close to the airport and provides shuttle services to and back to airport.
- No ice on my floor, complained & they told me to go to another floor to get the ice, holes in sheets, old appearance.
“Hotel needs to be remodel, looks old but clean. Staff not that acommodating, they send me to get ice to another floor, I also complained that TV remote wasn't working, they didn't send anyone until I called again next day.”

- It had a balcony.
- Had to pay for parking.
“First and foremost, I had to pay $13/day for parking. In my opinion, this is a ridiculous fee, it should be included with the price of the hotel. This hotel is not easy to get to, even though it is at the airport. There was nothing fancy about the hotel, the room was your typical room, which was fine, I only needed a place to sleep. The concierge was worthless for directions. I would never stay at this hotel again, not because of the actual room, but because of the services or lack there of that the hotel had.”

- The hotel was beautiful inside and out. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
- The pool area was too exposed to the lobby and the hot tub seemed dirty.
“I would definitely stay in this hotel again. I have already recommended it to family and friends. They were kid friendly, which is very important to our family. The staff was very helpful and eager to meet all our needs.”

- Barking dog in the room opposite even though dog owners are supposed to be confined to the first floor.
“Couldn't open my balcony door called down, no one ever came up to help. Indoor pool in lobby sounds like a public swimming club noise reverberates throughout hotel dreadful.”

- It has a shuttle to Newark.
- Everything in the room is old.
“Other than the bed, which met star wood standards, the hotel in overall has an old aspect. The furniture in the bathroom looked old and scraped. Its really difficult to get to the hotel from the airport if you are driving. Internet services were not working in 2 days I was there. And since they have the service contracted with an external company, they could not help you at the hotel. Food was surprisingly good.”

- Great room service, lots of pillows on the bed.
- No heat blew cool air all night. No response. Room was filthy!
“Group hotel not good for business traveler. I waited way too long for a shuttle and it was not clearly marked or explained when I made the reservation how to get a shuttle, very frustrating process. The room was filthy, room service menus were sticky, bathroom was not conducive for a business traveler, they were no better than a days or comfort inn. ”

- Pleasant staff large rooms.
- The main restaurant was closed and I counted on it.
“The main restaurant was closed and I counted on that. Otherwise, after an unpleasant start with a rude desk clerk the stay was good. A manger took over the next day and did what he could to undo the night before reception. It was unfair that YOU booked me in a hotel where the main restaurant was not operating all weekend.”

- It is as opulent as the finest NYC hotels at one-quarter the price.
- In the middle of nowhere, the surrounding NJ location smells terrible.
“If you are not interested in your surroundings, this hotel is absolutely fantastic. See David at the front desk, he remembered not only my name but the name of my two colleagues as we were leaving for work in the morning. Unfortunately, all of the stereotypical NJ wasteland stories are true, the hotel is surrounded by low-tide chemical plants and Newark airport, which is not very picturesque, also there is no local flavor (stores, fast-food etc.) these concerns notwithstanding, this is an excellent hotel.”

- Hotel had king bed, balcony & overlooking the atrium with pool. Bed & sheets were good quality than most hotels. Other amenities were OK.
- Noise from pool could be heard in our room. We were on the third floor. TV remote did not work & door to balcony would not open but was fixed right away.
“Hotel room was great but noise from pool could be heard. We were on the third floor in a room with balcony. Staff was not very friendly but efficient. Liked the bed and sheets a lot - was luxurious. Directions from map quest was misleading - missed the exit from NJ Turnpike but the staff guided us when we called for directions from the car. Food was at the bar was OK. Would recommend hotel for short stay.”

- The hotel was good, but the timing was bad with the Naples convention meant that we were disturbed for two nights of the four night we stayed.
- Too many events at the same time and hotel allowing ten people to sleep in at one time.
“WE had a very bad experience with the hotel as there was a Naples Convention and two nights of our four nights vacations were spoiled as music and people knocking at doors at all sorts of time. We complained to the Hotel Manager and they said that they were aware of the problem and would put security, but this never happened.”

- Beautiful hotel, with convenient location and a dramatic atrium lobby.
- Shuttle bus to airport and rail connection did not run a frequently as we would have liked.

- The room was horrible. The air conditioner did not function properly. Bathroom was dirty
“Very displeased with the Hotel. I even voiced my concern to the desk while checking out & they had no response other than here is your receipt. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone who travels in that area. The air conditioner didn't cool the room until after 3 am. The bathroom was filthy. OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE. I intend to inform the Sheraton as well.”

- The pool.
- Entire hotels needs updating, carpet, wall paper etc.
“The Hotel met our needs. The kids enjoyed the warm pool and parking (although you have to pay for it) was more than ample. My husband was disappointed the hotel seemed "old" Updates are very much needed. New carpet and fresh wall paper in the rooms would make a big difference.”

- Pleasant esthetic looking.
- Maids did not speak English or make beds, room had no curtains no privacy requested 2nd room.
“When you get online hotel they give you an inferior quality or a 4th rate room. I paid over $100 per night and was given a room in basement and had to move to a 2nd room and this room was as bad as the 1st. Would never stay here again.1st room in basement, 2nd room right outside cafeteria, noisy all night. Wanted my money back but no refund. Staff was friendly but we received real bad treatment. $100 a night we should have got a decent room. They moved us from shingles to shabby. The house keeper did not even make bed up and this was the Sheraton Hotel. Never again. I stayed at the Sheraton in New Orleans and got royal treatment. Stayed at the Sheraton in Atlanta and received royal treatment. Would not do this again.”

- Breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant were very good.
- Did not pick up my completed breakfast card on room door. No free newspaper delivered to room.
“Close proximity to Newark airport and major highways makes it easy to get to and convenient to drive to business meetings in the area. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Most of hotel staff were helpful and professional, only a few disappointments in this regard.”
