• Nothing
• The hotel had roaches. The room was dirty and smelled. You had to pay for parking. The night desk person was rude.

• Nice room and comfortable.
• I do not like area where hotel is because it is no sign of street I had to drive around several times before I found the hotel.

“The hotel was adequate. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is directly in the flight path of the Newark Airport, so if the noise of planes landing bothers you, this might not be the place for you. The sound, however, the sound was quite muted in my room.”

“The complimentary shuttle to the airport was available for 24 hrs, it was convenient and free, especially if you need to checkout at 4.30 am. I do not have to wait very long for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel too.”

• Service, exceptionally friendly, clean.
• The bed was too hard and the TV kept shutting off if you didn't change a channel occasionally.

“These were the friendliest people when we checked in. The hotel was immaculate and the room spotless. Not only were they friendly but I called down for two extra pillows and had them within 2 minutes tops. I wish we could have spent out whole honeymoon here. I just can't get past the whole service aspect. It is so rare in this day and age. We will absolutely only ever use this hotel when we are in the area.”

“They provide free shuttle to airport service. Bad customer service and they don't take us seriously. Very rude, and no customer service. Avoid at any cost as they will cause you delay or miss your flight.”

• Airport shuttle was available every half an hour.
• No free breakfast. Bed hard as a concrete floor.

“I was there last June, my experience wasn't good. First of all, the hotel is in the middle of no where, the bed is extremely hard, people are not friendly at all (just one guy who give us the right directions), they charge $15 per day for parking (just if you have a car), they don't offer the free rise & dine breakfast. If you want to use the internet it costs $1.00 per 5 five minutes. Rooms are clean, fresh towels everyday. Good job housekeepers!”

• The room was a good size.
• The shower did not drain properly when in use. The sink was not to clean either.

“I would recommend this hotel to people who wanted privacy or discreetness, but as far as anything else no way. The view was lousy, and its not close enough to shopping areas, restaurants, not even local drug stores, the staff was not overly friendly, especially the desk people. The friendliest people were the people who worked in the gift shop and the restaurant personnel.”

• No one answered the telephone multiple times.

“Location near airport for a decent price. Two used soda cans left in our room from previous guests were not cleaned up before check in, otherwise fairly clean. No one answered the phone twice when I called to ask directions to the free shuttle.”

• Phone didn't work and was replaced.

“Overall the hotel was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The phone not working was a minor incontinence that was solved quickly by the hotel staff. Room service was also inexpensive and was brought to the room quickly and the food was excellent.”

“The hotel was nice. there was charges posted to my credit card everyday that exceeded the parking fee. there was a restaurant on sight and they also offered shuttle to places close by. this hotel seems to be geared toward business travelers.”

• Good location to Newark airport, free shuttle service, fitness center, nice spacious room, cafe had good selection.
• Toilet ran (staff 'fixed' it for the night, but ran again next morning again), tub didn't appear very clean.

“Bring ear plugs; you're close to the flight path, but air conditioner (which worked well) drowns out most air traffic noise. Room comfortable, spacious, staff helpful. Toilet ran, staff offered another room, or to fix it. Opted for the fix, which lasted overnight. It ran again when I was leaving the next morning. On-site small cafe had nice selection of breakfast and dinner choices. Free shuttle to airport runs every 20 minutes. Exercise room had several machines. Well lit spacious hallways. Has small gift shop. Expect parking fees if parking 30 minutes or more. Friends dropped me off, we had dinner at the cafe, and with their dinner receipt, their parking fee was waived.”

• Room spacious and clean. Quick check-in. Fast shuttle service to and from airport.
• Didn't have free breakfast.

“The hotel was close to the Newark airport. The shuttle was prompt in picking us up and it took less than a minute to check in. The room was comfortable and spacious with a king size bed, couch, table and chairs. A good value for the price of $72 if you are just spending the night between flights.”
