• Room was OK.
• Location and overall quantity was fair to poor.

“Hotel is located in a hard to get to location. It is not located in a pleasant area.”

• Friendly check-in, free Internet.
• Grim hallways, noise from hall through door.

“Serviceable, but in no way attractive, typical Holiday Inn. Easy access to highways, but a convoluted hotel entrance through a retail parking lot. No frills rooms and utilitarian hallways do not make it conducive to romance, but with a low enough rate, you will be out of the rain, safe, warm, relatively comfortable and happy enough.”

• I'll never use this hotel.
• Road noise come into room and disco is noisy overnight.

“This is not hotel for a sleep. The road and the hotel disco were so noisy that my group could not get a sleep at all. Even this hotel offer free accommodation, I will not use it. The worst hotel ever because the never allow us to get good seep.”

• Nothing.
• Dirty and a hole in the window (not noise-proof from the highway).

“Pretty bad. Even if the company try to keep their reputation high, each one of them in the hotel chain is not same. This Holiday Inn at Totowa, NJ is the worst Holiday Inn hotel ever I stayed. I found one pair of socks behind bed side table and I can't sleep at night because of the noise from Highway. There is a bullet hole outside part of window. Once the window lost the vacuum seal it cannot block the noise. The hotel staff did not give me second morning breakfast tickets and didn't ask me how many I need.Terrible stay!”
