• The room was very comfortable and quiet. The room service was awesome and the food was great!
• I gave the hotel staff a credit card at check in and it was not there when I checked out.

“The hotel's cleanliness was impressive. The hotel staff was very helpful and they have a complimentary shuttle that I did not take advantage of but will the next time. It was the type of hotel where you can live it up or just relax. I chose to relax and really enjoyed just doing that. There was no loud noise though they had a lounge on the first floor. I would go back again.”

• Had plumbing issue, technician and housekeeping came promptly.
• Room service breakfast excellent, pleasant staff, comfortable bed, wi-fi internet, and stone counters in bath.

• Excellent location, free parking, free shuttle.
• A little old. No complimentary breakfast, no fridge or microwave in the rooms.

“We stayed at this hotel for our visit to NYC during the x'mas holidays. They have a free shuttle to the metro park transit train station and its a 45 minute ride to NYC pen station. The shuttle runs only until 11 pm - so keep that in mind. At this price it¿s a steal! And they have free shuttle to near-by malls, a swimming pool and a fitness center as well. Over all, a good choice.”

“I forgot a folio in my room . It took 10 phone calls before finally connecting to someone who said they'd get back to me . And then did not. I eventually, after more phone calls got the folio back, almost a week later but I would expect much better service.”

• Very clean, extremely and comfortable, veer helpful staff.
• Incomplete renovation, the wooden doors were much worn.

“My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff is always pleasant accommodating and gives us the current entertainment happenings for the day at the hotel. The restaurant food is adequate; the service puts it over the top. The rooms are small but comfortable. Bedding is very nice. This last time was in town for a funeral. All accommodations were fine. We noticed the walls are a little thin, we had our son, daughter and grand daughter in the next room and we could hear her crying at times but counting everything it was a very good stay. Accommodating hotel staff we were in town for a funeral.”

• The staff was very informative regarding events taking place in the hotel that might interest us.

“Staff was friendly and informative. Customer service in the restaurant and bar area was excellent. We were served quickly and if there was a delay we were informed immediately. The food was a little exotic for our taste. The hotel is clean, rooms were adequate. My husband and I will probably stay there again.”

• One of the lobby staff members (blonder hair woman with accent) has been extremely helpful and pleasant the two times I've spoken with her.
• During a different visit one of the front lobby staff was rude and had issues with the rooms.

• Got in very later for sun.5am, has a water problem in the bath room had to change room after undressing.

“This is a good hotel to stay at outside New York City. Just a few blocks from the train station and an hours drive into the city. The Hotel was pleasant. The room was slightly outdated, but comfortable. Overall 2.5 stars out of 5.”

• The hotel had a nice lobby and candy at the front desk.
• The hotel staff was rude. They charged us $35 for 3 guests for eating 3 bagels.

“The front desk was unfriendly and just formal. When we asked if the breakfast was complimentary, they said yes. After we ate they charged us $35 which they said we had to have the voucher for and they didn't tell us that until after we ate. They wouldn't honor complimentary breakfast. I thought it was pretty rude after telling us that the breakfast was on the house. The room that we got faced the cemetery, so not a very pleasant site but I suppose that's where the hotel was. I probably would not stay there again because of the staff.”

“The hotel is ideally located if you want to take day trips into NYC. It is also located adjacent to the Garden State Parkway and very near the NJ Turnpike. It is near two major malls (Menlo Park and Wood bridge). Also, they have high speed wireless internet and provided a small refrigerator to my room at no charge. It is located in an 'office park' area, so there is virtually no noise or traffic at night. The staff were cheerful and helpful.”

• This hotel is a couple of blocks from the train station that takes you into NYC.
• Can't think of anything.

“This hotel was great, Not only did it boast close access to transportation into NYC, there was a free shuttle to the train station and surrounding neighborhood. The hotel had a small night club that had a band on Friday and Saturday nights. What a bonus The indoor pool looked great and also the hot tub. Forgot my suit though. I heard it was also close to a great shopping mall. I will definitely stay here again.”

“The Woodbridge was nice. This my second time staying at the hotel and I would go again, but I would probably try another 3 star hotel the next time around if there was one available. I loved the employees, they were very helpful and provided good service when needed.”

“They gave me a smoking room, when I asked for a non smoking. The fire alarm went off and we were out for over 2 hours at night. Bad experience, not necessarily the hotel's fault, but bad experience all the same!”

“We were delayed and checked in very late (about 5am the next morning). We had called to let the hotel know we would arrive late and our keys and room assignment were waiting. The hotel was very nice, the beds large and comfortable, and the bathroom was beautifully decorated.”

“This is a very nice hotel with convenience to the NJ Transit rail system (Metropark station). We utilized this hotel, with kids in tow, for a NYC visit.The hotel is in a rather large business park. We arrived on a Saturday evening and ample parking was available eventhough the lobby and restraurants were full. There is no charge for parking and I could see no reason, even in mid-week, for a lack of available parking. The desk folks were efficient, we received our room request (non-smoking, double beds, upper floor) without wait. Our room was spacious, very clean, and the bedding was comfortable - all big travel points.The best part about the hotel was its proximity to the rail station. The rail station is within several blocks (I would not want to walk the distance due to busy road traffic) and the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the station. I was surprised to learn of this service and when we telephoned downstairs to see when the shuttle was available, the front desk indicated that it was ready when we were. The rail trip trip to NYC was about 40 minutes. On the return, we telephoned the hotel and the shuttle was there within 5 minutes to pick us up. What service.This is a solid three star hotel, if not better.”

• The restaurant was great - it was easy to find, right off of the interstate and they had a free shuttle to the metro train station.
• I liked everything about the hotel.
