• Clean.
• The sheet on the bed felt like they were made of plastic.

“The sheets on the bed and the pillow cases made noise when ever you would move. It was like sleeping on a plastic shower curtain. We had to take the pillow cases off the pillows and I sleep with with a bath towel for a cover.”

• Convenient to highway.
• The hotel was somewhat noisy. Could hear the elevator or something mechanical operating in the night.

• Ease of check-in. Free Internet in lobby.
• Was assigned 2 double beds.

“Right off of Exit 10 on the New Jersey Turnpike and within easy drive of Metuchen New Jersey Transit stop or Metro park, this is a convenient alternative to staying in New York (express train from Metro park takes 37 minutes to New York Penn Station). Plenty of parking, friendly staff.”

“This Sheraton has been completely remodeled and reopened in December of 2008. It is much cleaner and the beds are more comfortable.”

• It was close to the area that I was working in.

• Friendly staff at front desk.
• Bed mattress was poor and collapsed in middle.

“Hotel is recently remodeled and in excellent condition. Public areas are spacious, modern and well appointed. Room was beautiful and spacious as well. It was newly decorated and had a large flat screen TV. Only downside was the quality of the mattress. It was a king mattress which was collapsed in the center so that we would roll toward the center all night.”

• Everything had a high qualith feel to it.
• View out the window.

“Everyone was professional, polite and willing to assist. I was unsure about the use of the internet, until I went and looked at one of the computers that was available. I enjoyed watching the group of people sitting around, laughing and just relaxing. There were several working people at the computer station and they were able to focus on what they were working on, even with other people moving about them. Overall, I was pleased with the stay and would be quite satisfied if I receive the opportunity to stay there again when I return near the end of the month.”

“The hotel is attractive and a convenient break between Baltimore and New York. The pool and exercise facilities were clean and attractive. The accessible room offered a roll-in shower in the spacious bathroom. Staff was helpful.”

“This is a clean and well designed hotel that looks great. However, the parking lot needs work and the staff was not friendly or helpful. The sheets were new and scratchy and the maid service woke us up at 8 am just by speaking to each other very loudly.”

“There was a large sorority party that night. From 1 am - 4:30 am, the noise level was absolutely unbearable. We called numerous numbers and we unable to find any hotel personnel to address the issue. There was no one at the front desk, nor was the any one on security. Unacceptable.”

• Restaurant staff, management not following through.

• Proximity to clients and prospects.
• Closing down in June. No food due to kosher event.

“The hotel is slated to close in June. There is a lot of activity that is related to the hotel closing soon such as furniture being moved in and out of rooms. Due to the renovations that are set to begin, hotel staff is small but friendly. Restaurant facilities are functioning at a bare minimum. During my stay there was a kosher event that closed down all restaurant facilities and the hotel staff was not properly prepared to offer other options. Hotel guests were in placed in an awkward position of finding other means to eat without much assistance from hotel staff.”

• The bartender was excellent, personable.
• The guy that checked me in.

“Overall, it was a place to stay. What really upsets me is the guy that checked me in. He was not personable and did not want to look up my account for my points! He cited, my computer won't allow me to do that. Throughout the night I walked by the desk and he was constantly looking at the computer screen although no guest were standing in line!! WHAT WAS HE LOOKING AT? I noticed this as I toured the hotel my first time, then when I went to dinner at the bar he was doing it again. Then I went to my room, returned to check out the workout facilities and again he was looking at the screen and typing. Probably will not stay at a Sheraton Hotel again.”

• The room was clean and the bed was amazing I slept like a baby which is not common when I am in a hotel.

“I was worried about the reviews but I was very surprised that everything was perfect the room was clean the noise was low and the bed gave me the best sleep I had in hotel.”

• The location was great and the beds were comfortable.
• There was no common area to sit in with my child only a 21 and over bar.

“I had stayed here 7 years ago for my wedding weekend. It was much nicer then. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk or anywhere around. I had to do some searching to find someone to help me. Then, we were going to be put in a smoking room. I didn't even know they had those anymore. There was a giant family reunion during a stay. Children and loud adults were everywhere. Our room was right in the middle of this, so we were woken by kids running back and forth all night.”

• The evening staff changed the perspective, men are co operative and friendly than ladies.
• Day staff ladies cannot listen to customers request.

“Bed was not well spread after the previous user. I have done booking for me and friends but this was the worst experience from a "three star class" they don't deserve it. A smoking area can be kept neat too. The rooms are left to stink last year smoke. May be to punish smokers!”

• Restaurant was largely, empty few staff, obviously a mostly business travelers hotel.

“Sheraton tried to place us in least marketable room, smoking with special facilities for handicapped. When I objected they were able to come up with a non smoking room. Overall experience satisfactory but short of exceptional.”

“Hotel has a free shuttle to Metuchen station, but only until 10 PM. Parking is available at Metro park station. Hotel was not 100% perfectly clean, I have gotten better hotels for a cheaper price. But I could still recommend this hotel, not many things to complain.”

• Rooms were excellent, clean, and very comfortable.
• This is a very busy hotel; the ballrooms were rented out every night for large groups of people, so it got a little noisy at night.

“Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I was there for business and the desk in the room is perfect, the chair was ok not the best, and the desk was large and well lighted. Hotel itself was very nice. Things I did not like was how the rooms had no refrigerators and if you needed to rent one, there was a $10/day charge. Internet was the same thing $10/day (tax included) for either wireless or wired. The internet though was not very good many times the connection would be so slow that I could not even check my email. This hotel seems to be a very busy hotel. Every night the ballrooms were all rented out and there were a lot of people in the lobby. Although the noise did not reach my room which was on the forth floor, the lobby itself was very noisy and crowded and parking was a hassle. I had room service a couple of times and as with any hotel room service prices were very high after all the fees and taxes they charge, you are looking to add about 40% extra to the price on the menu. Food though was not all that good, the quantity was ok but quality was not good. There was no real taste or flavor to their food. What I eventually did was go out to eat because there were many restaurants within a few minutes from the hotel, and many offered take out or curbside pick up. Overall hotel was very nice and comfortable, noise level was ok and I would probably consider staying there again for business.”

• Hotel seemed older.

“An older upscale hotel that could use some remodeling. Staff was friendly and accommodating enough. Rooms had an unfamiliar heating/cooling system that took a minute to figure out. Rooms were very warm when we arrived (in the middle of June) so a little uninviting to walk into. Overall, an alright experience.”

• The staff is not diversified and treat people different.

“The hotel staff at the reception are not so diversified. They treat people different, can be noticed. The staff in the restaurant are very friendly and nice. Plan to provide a free internet in all rooms that will help the business traveler. Have a full size mirror in the room other than the mirrors in bathrooms.”

• The shuttle service was a great convenience.
• The rooms were a little small.

• The location is OK and it's close to the Woodbridge Mall.
• The colors need to be lighter, the beds (Matresses) are old and Broken: we changed Two Rooms because of this.

“The maintenance of hotel equiptment needs to be on a life expantcy schedule, this way the department incharge will know that upgrading of equiptment is coming up. PS: After showing the photo of the bed with a 2.5 in steel bar protruding the Manager changed our room, but the second bed was the same; the third was ok and did give us complementry coupons for breakfast.”
