• It was close to all of the action.
• The smoking room was not as up to date as the non smoking room.

• Hotel was clean, cozy, and affordable.
• Staff not willing to help with a common small request; hotel not located in walking distance to casinos.

“Hotel was clean and comfortable, but not as conveniently located as expected, so we needed to call a cab to go out. The staff did their job, but stopped where their required duties stopped. There was absolutely no extra courtesy that most places offer. Good place to sleep, don't expect more.”

• AC was not cool enough and could hear street noises.

“Would stay there again if it was necessary such as weekend in summer. Not enough close parking, had to park in the back. Most of room was clean, even the bedding. Had to move table away from AC as it blocked air.”

“A roach motel would have been a better place to stay. It had a very bad smell that gave us headaches - it was a Lysol and cigarette smoke smells combined.”

“Staff was friendly and courteous, good location, free on-site parking, wireless internet and clean spaces. Hotel and room decor, including linens and pillows, typical of what you would expect from a 2-star moderate, best western or Days Inn. Bathroom tile, shower head, and cleanliness exceeded my expectations.”

“This hotel would have been ok if parking was better. I didnt like the idea of leaving my car in a back lot that you couldn't see. It was in a good location for what I was there for. I think if you're not going to spend much time in your hotel room, this would be alright.”

• The hotel was neat and clean. Bagels and Danish were available at 7:00 AM. The staff was helpful and courteous.
• The surrounding area was not the best environment.

• This hotel was clean & @ a convent location.
• The hotel did not seem to be in a good area.

“Overall the hotel wasn't too bad, it was clean which a plus was & it was one of the cheaper hotels in the area. I was not very comfortable about the area it was located in though it was not in the best part of town, but was still close to the casinos.”

• The walk to the boardwalk was minimal, but in a sketchy area.

“I liked it for what it was, but we were offered drugs while walking to the boardwalk on one occasion and people stopped us and asked for money another time. Thus, not in the best area.”

• Fresh waffles at the complimentary breakfast.
• Wet floors in hall and bad coffee and orange juice at breakfast.

“The room was fine but the hall carpet was soaking wet, the neighborhood got scary as the day went on and the windows facing the street let in a lot of noise. On the plus side the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was near the AC boardwalk. Also there was a great bar, The Irish Pub, right down the street.”

• A bit of a walk to the casinos.

“Close to the boardwalk (about 2-3 blocks), but in the middle of the boardwalk in between casinos. Good value compared to prices of other hotels in AC on a weekend.”

• The hotel was clean and simple.
• Parking could have been better.

“Overall it was good Parking was not as good as I thought it should be and the Lobby was very small only a small tables for continental breakfast and there were over 400 rooms.”

• The parking was tight and the outside maintenance fair.

“The hallways going to the rooms were not heated and the water for the shower took a long time to warm up. The parking lot was not in appropriate condition for business. Parking spaces were very tight. Not a bad choice if you are looking to shave a few bucks and stay at a not so bad hotel.”

• Poor pressure in shower, water temp did not stay regulated.

“Great for a short stay in AC. Room clean, bathroom very clean, necessities met, blow dryer, coffee pot, etc. Noon check-out a plus after late night at the tables.”
