• Close to the boardwalk.

“For what my friends and I needed this hotel for it was real good. Cheap somewhat clean and close to the places we wanted to go.”

• The staff was nice that's about all.
• OMG, no pool, bugs, not close enough to beach, dirty.

“We were very upset. When we got there the pool was closed. They said it would open in 2 days it was still closed when we left. We had roaches in our room! They said it was a 1/2 block from beach, it wasn't. It was right next to a old, dirty hotel. The bathroom floor was missing half its tile. The whole place was not what it said on the internet. We were very disappointed.”

“I really liked this hotel it was a 2 minute walk that puts you right in the middle of the AC boardwalk. Also across the street is a mini food mart with cheap ATM fee and they also have a decent variety of food if you don't want to spend a lot of money on the boardwalk and the prices were really good.”

• I liked the convenience of having working refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms.
• The elevator was not working for a period of time.

“The service we received at the EconoLodge was excellent. The staff was friendly and we received service with a smile. The two queen- sized bed in each room was a plus. We enjoyed our stay at this lodge.”

• Although not perfect, the room was immaculately clean and bed very comfortable.
• Empty lot across the street.

“Great staff, comfortable beds, cleans room, with minor flaws. Nothing that bothered this guest, and much cheaper then the casino hotels. the downside is , some of others guests were much younger and therefore of the rude and obnoxious variety, coming in drunk in middle of night and yelling for an hour etc.”

• Everything - It was a dump.

“The hotel was disgusting - It was very much misrepresented at 3 stars. You would have to be blind to think it was 3 stars. I was worried about my vehicle at night and leaving items in my room during the day. If you have the opportunity don't stay there!”

• The bed was comfortable.
• Location was scary. Toilet had mold around the rim.

“The Location was scary with an eye sore next door. The room needed better sanitation. Plumbing door was lying on the floor exposing pipes.”

• Very friendly staff, very close to casinos, in the middle of the boardwalk free parking.
• Some things outdated/in need of remodeling.

“This hotel was very nice and reasonable to stay at. It was cheap and the rooms were clean. Some things are outdated and if you are a want to be yuppie on a lower class budget this place is not for you. When we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff upgraded us to a suite on the other side of the building with a hot tub and flat screen TV. This did not help the noise factor when the jackhammers, wrecking balls, and dump trucks started at 7 AM every morning we stayed there. I feel that if the construction wasn't going on this would have been an excellent stay.”

• The room furniture was very comfortable and the location to nightlife was almost perfect.
• Keeping in mind that its Atlantic City and things are generally expensive, I felt the rooms could've been a little more modern.

“My overall stay was just fine. The hotel was under renovation so it's difficult to place judgment on the appearance at this time. The staff was extremely courteous and the location was almost perfect to everything from restaurants / casinos to the shops and the water. I will be going back!”

• Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful.
• Had to go outside of lobby to access room.

“Overall for an economy class hotel, it is very good. Exterior needs new coat of paint but interior of rooms is very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.”

• The memory foam pillow top queen mattress amazing.
• You have to walk down couple dark streets the sands is closed.

“The hotel was excellent for the price. We all loved the beds there. Will stay there again. Sands casino is shut down next to it. So there are a couple dark places, but in other words we had a good stay.”

• The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
• The neighborhood, but not the hotels fault.

“At first I was afraid that the hotel was going to be bad - I was glad to be proven wrong. The front desk was really nice and the hotel was clean, comfortable, safe and a wonderful place to stay. I enjoyed having a cup of tea or coffee at the lobby at any time I wanted. My family enjoyed the pool and how close it was to everything fun.”

• I liked it all.

“Excellent location to Boardwalk. Super helpful and friendly staff. Free parking and breakfast buffet. Great value for a nice stay in Atlantic City! I would recommend to everyone!”

• Upgraded our accommodations after asking if we needed 2 beds.
• Noisy neighbors, not the hotels fault.

• Not in a very good neighborhood.

“Not worth what we pd. For it but it was a holiday weekend so prices were higher. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Location was in walking distance of the boardwalk but had to walk through a few blocks of very scary neighborhood to get there!”

• It was not attractive like the web site shows.

“The service was not bad, when it came to me needing something they got it. The outside was a little get to I was worried about my car, but nothing happened. The rooms were clean and my over all experience wasn¿t bad. Yea I would stay again.”
