• It was clean, quite, the bedroom was separate from the living room, which was wonderful, the toddler, could while I watched TV.
• They only had an outdoor pool, and it was fall.

“I loved the fact it had a separate bedroom, closed off from the living room. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to freeways and anything I wanted to do, including going into the City. They also had free grocery shopping.”

• Having a suite is excellent. Flat screen TVs are terrific. Good business center.
• Showers could be upgraded a bit.

“I stay frequently and have come to enjoy having a suite to relax in. I use the business center often, and the complimentary breakfast is outstanding.”

• Beautifully appointed rooms, spacious.

“For an extended stay hotel this was the greatest. Large Kitchen/dining/living area with two separate bedrooms with private baths. Beautifully decorated and the free breakfast was a great added bonus and it was convenient to where we were doing business.”

• Room was beautiful, very comfortable, clean - exceeded expectations, included kitchenette.
• Hallways felt hot and stuffy.

“The bed was superbly comfortable, bath and dressing area just great. The flat screen TV and lounge area very comfortable. I loved the decorating colors - all the furniture and linens seemed fresh and hew. Everything very clean, lots of coffee provided. Very clean fridge and kitchen area was practical and useful to us on this hot summer weekend. And the breakfast buffet which was included with the room price was excellent - eggs, sausage, waffles and cold fresh fruit, yogurt stuff and breads and muffins - terrific spread! Wish I could go back every weekend!”

• The suite aspect, little kitchen, bedroom private from sitting area.
• That we could not stay longer.

• Great hotel amenities and excellent quality for the price.

“The Hyatt Summerfield Suites, in Morristown, NJ, is a clean, pleasant, upscale hotel. The suite was large, had a completely equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a bathroom with a great shower. The hot & cold breakfast bar, in the lobby, was also a plus, being much better than many other hotels.”

• The staff was great, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. The rooms were clean and updated.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I feel the rating of 2 1/2 is too low. Everyone from the office to the front desk to the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They assisted with things that were not in their job description. Having a computer room and laundry room was very convenient and being close to highways gave you access to everything.”

• Having a kitchen is great for someone who is away from home.
• There isn't anything I don't like. It has everything I need.

• Hotel staff was very helpful. Breakfast provided was very substantial.
• Refrigerator in our room sounded like a jet engine.

“Very convenient, pleasant and helpful staff, and great breakfast, added up to a fine value for the price charged. Our particular room unfortunately had a very loud refrigerator, which sounded like it needed attention. Otherwise, a good experience.”

• Is working out wonderful.
• Foreigners make up the entire staff. Nobody that works here that doesn't have a foreign accent.

• Liked the suite rather than just a room.
• Not a very efficient cleaning crew.

“The hotel was very nice. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Relatively up to date with LCD TV and free internet access. Having a full service kitchen was great for more than just an overnight stay.”

• Location is good, rooms overall are good.
• Renovation disorder and noisy students.

“Usually this is a decent hotel for a moderate price. However, this visit, the 3 business travelers had complaints of noise from college students turning the hotel into a Dorm-like atmosphere. Also, the renovation of the hotel added to the disorder and chaos.”

• Location is great; usually a good experience for a business traveler.
• Noisy w/Young Students; Hotel too Dorm-like, No on-site restaurant.

“This hotel is usually a satisfactory choice for our traveling sales staff. However, 3 sales execs were booked and complained of the renovation, noise and general character of the hotel (too many students w/their names posted on their doors). Also, the same key was given to two sales execs; one of which was a new (female) employee starting her 1st week w/our company, which is located nearby. The other (male) sales exec was the manager. This caused a very embarrassing situation, as they both went to the same door at the same time to check-in.”
