• Soft bed, nice classy lobby, and a professional staff.

• The location was excellent: it was near the boardwalk and downtown AC.
• The room was too small and highly overpriced.

“The Sheraton is ideally located in Atlantic City: near the boardwalk and in the heart of downtown of AC. It has a pool max. 4 feet, and a Jacuzzi. I did not like the fact that guest were allowed to carry pets into the hotel. Neither did I like the fact that the pool closes at 10 pm. If there is no life-guard, then why close it, if you swim at your own risk. The room is nothing fancy, even though you would easily pay $200 for it. I guess the location makes it pricey. I also did not like the fact that you had to pay for parking $15 a day, or more if you choose valet parking.”

• good location
• valet parking is expensive and if you opt to pay for the less expensive garage parking, it's a desolate walk to the hotel

“the room was nice but I had no wash cloths, parking is a problem, the staff was very friendly, the pool area is smaller than it looks in the photos”

• Clean room good size.
• Want to charge for everything.

“I stay in AC all the time but usually stay at the casinos. This is my first time at the Sheraton. Yes the room is clean but it has no fridge and no microwave. If you call for a fridge they want to charge you $20.00. Self park is $14.00 per day! Casinos only make you pay once, and it's usually $5-10. There are small bottles of water in the room that they want to charge $3.50 each for. I'm scared to touch anything because I might be charged. I would not recommend staying here!”

• It's very close to the outlet.
• I think $14/day parking should be mentioned. It's an OK price.

“Nothing fancy but great if you want to have a good time in AC with low budget. They are not cheap but they definitely meet/exceed the quality that you'd expect from a hotel that charge the amount they charge.”

• Clean, friendly staff.
• Additional charge for parking and garage was across street far walk.

“The hotel itself was nice, clean, met our expectations, however we were not aware there was an additional $14.00 charge per day for self parking in the garage which was across the street from the hotel, under the convention center. It was not very close or convenient. Hotels that were right on the boardwalk, offered parking for free.”

• The location was very close to all the main attractions.
• No shuttle for casino.

“If you are on the higher levels you can enjoy the senic view from your window. You can have close parking that is not too expensive and drive and return during the day.The concierge is very helpful in recommending local food establishments (maria's) that were good food and prices.”

• Nice hotel. Nice area.
• Too far from boardwalk.

“This hotel was better than we expected. The location was a bit far from the boardwalk, but getting there was easy and surrounded by nice stores and restaurants. Was not happy about having to spend $14 per night to park, since others were free or at most $5.”

• Lobby was amazing. Front desk girl was very helpful.

“The Sheraton in Atlantic City was an amazing hotel. I actually liked the fact that it was very modern, clean, airy, and very nicely decorated compared to some of the places that overdue in Atlantic City. I was at ease as soon as I walked into the beautiful lobby. I was there with 5 other people for a bachelor party and we all enjoyed the place. I was the one who booked the room and for the price I really felt we lucked out. I always suggest Priceline to all of my friends and family for the exact reason I am filling this survey out. I always end up getting a place that exceeds my expectations and it's exciting to gamble on the negotiate price method. Puts some fun into booking a hotel which could otherwise be boring. Again, I suggest the Sheraton in Atlantic City to anyone who is traveling there.”

“Great hotel except if you are attending the USSC trade show Will not rent rooms for meetings without approval of USSC, very negative. However, good hotel for attending trade shows as the convention center in right across the street.”

• Excellent location to outlet mall, train station & new convention center.

“All of the staff was friendly and very responsive. Location is excellent for shopping at the Walk, a very nice newer outlet mall. A 4 block walk to the boardwalk, (10 minutes) while a little long, still was ok.”

“Across street from outdoor outlet mall, many good shops; walking distance to boardwalk, casinos (Caesar's, etc.), but a ways from marina district/Borgata (nice compared to boardwalk casinos). Not fancy, no gambling in hotel that I saw.”

“The hotel is walking distance to the boardwalk and the staff was very helpful. I let a curling iron in the room and security contact me the next day and mailed it back to me. I even got take away for my stay on behalf of the hotel.”

• This hotel spills right out into the downtown area shops.
• The parking for this hotel is across the street through the Atlantic City Convention Center. Pretty inconvenient.

“Although this hotel is only a few blocks from the main street of casinos, it may not be an advisable walk late at night. Nevertheless, the location is about as good as you're going to get without actually being on the strip. Although the lobby is quite small, the overall feeling is quality, with the rooms being a nice size.”

• The pool/Jacuzzi was great.
• We did not sleep the entire first night due to extremely noisy pipes!

“This hotel was clean, modernly furnished and close to the AC boardwalk. I honestly did not sleep at all the first night because the pipes made such loud noises all throughout the night. The toilets barely flushed, which could lead to an embarrassing situation. The staff wasn't overly friendly but accommodating. On my next trip to AC, I will definitely stay elsewhere. I say this because the price of this hotel did not meet my expectations as a 3 star in comparison to other 3 star boardwalk hotels.”

• Close to shopping outlet stores.
• We had to get a luggage cart because there was only one bellman work, the other two bellmen were standing around.

“Check-in was horrible. Out of 3 bellmen, there was only one working. The lady at the front desk was not friendly or accommodating. The pipes in the bathroom made loud noises all night into the morning. You would not believe this was a Sheraton Hotel. I was very disappointed.”

• Location close to outlets, casinos and minutes away from the boardwalk. Sheraton has outstanding views, bed linens and comfort.
• Exceeded expectations; no complaints!

“Hotel lobby is attractive and has many luxury features such as marble tile and rounded staircase near the entry. Offers valet parking at approx $18 or guests can choose to park at covered parking garage across the street and save only a few dollars. Rooms are extremely clean, bed is comfortable and quiet floors to gain a good night sleep. The perk is no slot machines or tables so you do not have the gambling feel, nor the loud casino noises, music or gamblers screaming.”

• Nice comfortable room and proximity to "The Walk" outlets and boardwalk.
• Entrance facing Convention Center rather than ocean and attractions.

“Classy, modern, upscale, comfortable room. The staff was helpful and friendly. The 12pm checkout was perfect. I really enjoyed that the hotel was right on the Atlantic City Outlets "The Walk" and a short, safe 3 or 4 block stroll to the boardwalk & casinos. I would definitely stay here again!”

• I did not like that I had to pay extra for parking.

“The hotel was conveniently located to food, shopping, casinos and the beach. The room was very dirty. There were crumbs all over the sofa, the carpet was stained in numerous spots, there was a used towel laying on the bathroom floor, and the water did not go down the drain in the shower. Staff was very friendly but would never stay here again.”
