• I love the complimentary breakfast and the breakfast lounge area was big and comfortable with plenty of seating
• The neighborhood is not the best.

“For the price, I would definately stay there again if visiting Atlantic City. The hotel is not luxurious, but clean and has a nice breakfast. And I saved at least $200 per night stayig there. For that, I will happily pay for a cab to and from the boardwalk.”

• Location to Atlantic City Casinos.
• Pool was not very clean/needed vaccuming.

“We enjoyed staying at the hotel as it was very clean, large rooms and comfortable beds. It has been recently renovated over the past year. The staff was courteous and helpful. We have stayed here three times and enjoyed our stays without any problems. The continental breakfast was versatile and good.”

“The hotel is located about 3 miles from the Atlantic City casinos and boardwalk. It's a very convenient and well kept for a last minute trip to the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly when we asked them about the casinos and restaurants. I give them an 8 out of 10 rating.”

• The morning breakfast spread was great (make your own waffles!) just get there earlier.
• The AC was blasting when we got in the room and when we turned on heat it gave a burning smell.

“Wanted a getaway hotel for the long weekend and this worked great. Centrally located for short drives to Jersey coast, Atlantic City, and Storybook Land. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and their morning breakfast spread was one of the best we've seen. Our only complaint was that the room was AC freezing (even for summer) and when we tried to warm it the heater emitted a burning smell. We made do with a colder room.”

• I enjoyed the continental breakfast and the space of the room.
• I thought the hotel was great.

“The continental breakfast surpassed my expectations. The food was fresh and delicious. There were college students there and they were respectful (regarding noise) and polite. I had a very nice time there with my family.”

“It was a 2 star but it is a 3 star in my book. I stayed here before and I really liked the location of this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to any business traveler. The beds were perfect! I'm giving this hotel an overall 4 out of 5 stars.”

• Hotel room had two doors and one door had a broken lock.
• Hotel room had two doors and the second door had no lock. I could see the door on the other side- no privacy.

“The room had two doors, no privacy, totally not happy with the hotel. The second door did not lock and I could see the door of the next room. Never seen a hotel like this.”

• Very clean, roomy, comfortable room with a decent breakfast.
• No restaurants within walking distance.

“Once again, I was very pleased with a it hotel. This hotel was very pleasant, with clean, comfortable, spacious rooms; fast free wireless internet; and a pretty decent continental breakfast with waffles, microwave breakfast sandwiches, etc. The only drawback is that there are no restaurants within walking distance, although there are several within less than a mile. The hotel is located on one of the major highways leading into Atlantic city, and you can get there in about 10 minutes - I didn't ask if they had a shuttle. overall, a nice hotel, and a pretty decent price for the area.”

• I found out when I arrived that all Marriott properties are non-smoking so I had to find and pay for another hotel.

• The location by the water was wonderful. It was only a few minutes from the boardwalk at Atlantic City.
• The address confused me. If I didn't see the hotel name, I would have drove right by it.

“For a 1 star hotel, this exceeded my expectations. The check in was fast, the room was spacious and very clean, and the staff was pleasant. The continental breakfast was the best that I have had at any hotel. There were so many choices. I only stayed for a weekend but I would have no problem staying there for a few weeks. The drive to the boardwalk was short and scenic.”

• For a Marriott, I expected much more. We stayed at the one in Stamford on the way up for our vacation and we were very pleased with that hotel.

“The pool was not very clean and the AC was not set to a thermostat. We had to keep getting up to turn it on and off. I just think it needed some renovation and it did not meet the standard I expect from a Marriott property.”

“They had waffles you pour yourself for breakfast. Wow!! The rooms were cleaner than I expected the maid was smiling from ear to ear very friendly the entire hotel was very well taken care of, my wife was very satisfied in the quality of this hotel especially when I told her it was only $45 we passed so many other motels that were $45 she was watching but when she got to this one she gasped! We hated Atlantic City but we loved the hotel. You made our weekend a weekend and not just a couple of days off, great job You can expect my call Friday!”

“As far as the hotel itself, a super deal. Great staff, clean and good location. Come on now, only 15 min. to atlantic City. Also, very close to the Ocean City beach. It took about 20-25 min. with no tolls. I would stay there again without hesitation. Forget about the continental breakfast though, it was like a free soup line. But, there were plenty of fast food joints and resturants in the area. Rate this stay........A”
