• Prices in hotel cafe and lack of other amenities.

“If you are a business traveler, then this hotel is for you. Do not recommend for families with younger children.”

• Near Ruby Tuesdays.
• Service was poor.

“Phones in room did not work. Thermostat didn't work. Front desk workers were not helpful, and seemed to ignore customers. Was given a room with a balcony, and balcony door was broken.”

• Clean room with ample space to move around and nice view from balcony.
• Nothing to say.

“It is really a good hotel if you want to stay nearby the Indian community (Edison). The surrounding area is calm and quiet.”

• Clean, comfortable, great beds.
• Dog in next room, housekeeper knocking on door at 9:30 am. Daughter's keys turned off at 11 am hotel is 12 noon checkout.

“It was very nice except for the dog next door, barking, do not disturb sign on their door. My daughters keys were inactivated at 11 am, it is a 12 noon check out, housekeeper knocking on our door at 9:30 am. I work in a hotel, and know what the correct procedures are. No one should be knocking before 12 noon, Site and book in room quote 12 noon checkout, housekeeper insisted to my daughter it was 11 am. Charge for incidentals still on my bank statement. Did not use any. Was told it would be off in 24 hours, we checked out on the 6th. It is still on my banking statement. Stayed many time at the Marriott Hotel in Somerset and never had a problem there for many years. Will go back to that hotel in the future, not the Courtyard.”

• It was clean reasonably priced and conveniently located.
• There was nothing I didn't like.

“I liked the location of the hotel. It is clean and the price is right. We have used this hotel several times and enjoyed it very much and intend to use it again next year when we come back for the races at English Town.”

• Room layout excellent and had a sofa. Bed was soft and had extra pillows. Restaurant attached to hotel.
• No fan in the bathroom.

“Everything was great. The restaurant was attached and offered room service as well. The bed was very good; firm and soft with extra pillows. I would definitely stay here again and tell my friends about it also.”

• It was clean. The beds were extremely comfortable which was a big plus.
• Do not know of anything we did not like.

“Everything was great. Had no complaints whatsoever. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for this choice.”

• Spacious rooms, friendly and professional staff.
• Further from I-287 than I would have liked. We prefer firmer mattresses.
