• Informed and friendly staff; very willing to help.
• HVAC was unbelievably noisy; turned on and off all the time.

“Conveniently located, clean, smartly laid out, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly without cowering, smart about local stuff, helpful about logistics, and generally very welcoming. The room was small though perfect for one person, internet access was a breeze, and everything was clean and available. I hope to stay here on my next trip back to the area.”

• The bedding was wonderful, fresh & clean!
• The fixture cover on the shower to the wall was falling down.

“I was extremely pleased with the hotel. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The bedding was exceptionally fresh and comfortable. The shower was in need of minor repair but that would not stop me from staying at the facility again. Wonderful experience.”

• I like the breakfast offering it is very convenient.
• I did not like the fact that I had to accept a smoking room the hotel was not that busy, I was forward.

“Hotel was quiet and clean, I like that Hampton offers breakfast on site. It is located in a business park area near my destination. Freeway access was easy. There was a business lobby with PC access and a printer, I found this helpful with directions, There was a DSL connection in the room.”
