• No enough towel. Smelly room. Staff not helpful.

“I'm very disappointed with my stay at this hotel and would never go back.1.NO maid service for we stayed there for two nights.2.No enough towels. Had to go to the front desk to ask for it.3.Smelly room.4.We had requsted to change room because of the noise. The lady said there was no room available, but she would be able to change it for us next night. but next day the guy in the front desk refused our request and he stated he would only do it if we pay an extra fee.”

• Not enough towels and the bathmat was a piece of paper.

“When I checked in at the hotel they said the reservation said only 2 and that I had to pay $10 extra per person per night. With the increase of $20 per night I probably would have chosen a nicer place.”

• The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating.
• The area was right off the highway and not so clean.

“The Passport Inn was not good. The light over the bathroom sink was inoperable and the manager never repaired it. The maid service was abysmal; I emptied my own trash every day and had to carry my dirty towels to the front office each day to get fresh ones. The laundry facility was dirty and the dryer did not work properly. The TV remote did not work but the manager did provide a new one.”

• Poor service, staff, and overall room amenities.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was rude, the room was average, and the TV picture quality was extremely poor. We had a new TV brought into the room, but the manager couldn't get it set up.”

“Friendly, clean, comfortable, safe, spacious, private - perfect for a business or leisure traveler. Parking may be insufficient if its the weekend or summer time.”

“This is the second stay and I recommend the hotel as it is very close to Casinos with a much lower price. The beds could be softer is the only quay. Else wise, the rooms are very clean and the staff is very nice.”

• The room was very nice and neat, the bathroom is spacious, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants minutes away!

“I really liked the hotel. No big amenities, I mean it's not a casino hotel, and it's very inexpensive. The staff was really polite and helpful about the area. A quality hotel! I will definitely stay again!!”

“Perfect for the budget-conscious traveler. Clean room & sheets. Bare amenities, though. Bring your own soap. I think it was purchased at the Dollar store. Family-owned hotel, very friendly & helpful when I needed directions to the airport.”

• Nothing.
• Everything.

“The hotel appeared nice on the outside and then when we went into the office and our room it was not so nice. The room stank of musty mildew. The mirror was broken in half and held together by scotch tape. There was mold in the bathroom and the tub had a major break in it which was covered by a tub mat! There were two people staying in the room and we were only given enough towels for one. We asked for more but were not given any. There wasnt even a continentel breakfast. I would not stay at this hotel again, even if it were free.”

• The bed was perfect and the room was spacious.
• Parking spaces were limited.

“Great short stay hotel. Close to beaches, gas and food. Would definitely tell friends and family. Will be back when I am in the area.”

• They gave room keys instead of cards.

• It was clean.
• Stale smell in rooms.

“The check-in clerk was rude and abrupt, the location is awful (too far from AC to be convenient), the room smelled stale and there are absolutely no amenities. If you just need place to sleep, it's okay, just barely.”

• Design element very old and hasn't been updated in many years; some wear-and-tear apparent.

• Convenience to Atlantic City.
• Limited towels, beds were very firm.

“Good if you just need a clean place to sleep. No frills- towels were a bit threadbare and the beds were very firm. The walls are thin though and it was quiet the first night but the second night, we could hear the neighbors talking and the TV until late in the night. It is very convenient to Atlantic City- especially the Borgata/marina area.”

“Don't make the mistake of thinking this place is near Atlantic City, and because of New Jersey walls, its not easy to maneuver on US 30. Would have liked it okay if shower had hot water.”

• Indoor pool, free breakfast, free internet, free local calls, and good staff.
• I wish this hotel was located on the boardwalk.

“Our stay at your Quality Inn and Suites was very pleasant. The close distance to the Borgata Casino and Ocean City make this a great choice for spending a night or two especially with the indoor pool.”

• Location was ok.
• The cleanliness of my room, and some of the hotel staff.

“Some of the hotel staff was very rude and unwelcoming. My restroom in my room was dirty when I came in. At the end of my stay, submitted a complaint, and was told to call a number, in which nothing to my satisfaction was done about. I am very unpleased with my stay at your hotel.”
